I didn't see anything like this already posted, so I though I would.

This is a very simple meal to make, will last you about 3-6 meals depending on how much you eat, and is pretty good.

Ingredients:
24-30oz of cubed beef, cut into small squares
2-3 cups of cheese, low fat if wanted
2 cups of corn
1 can of tomato sauce (I think this amounts to 2-3 cups)
1/4 cup wheat flour
other veggies if wanted

Directions:
add tomato sauce, corn, cheese, flour and flour into a crock pot (slow cooker) and turn on to low. Cut the beef into small cubes (as big or small as desired) and then add into the the rest of the ingredients. Cook on low for 6-7 hours (this will vary from cooker to cooker).

After cooking, you can put this into several containers and store in the fridge. Like I said, depending on the amount you want to eat, this will last you 3-6 meals. I mix mine with a rice and chicken dish, but you can eat it alone, with some whole wheat rolls, etc.

Enjoy!

Sounds very tasty! I will definitely give this one a try the next time I get my hands on a slow-cooker!

Cheers,
