Just wondering if ham is ok for sandwiches, I know you bros like prefer beef but whats ur opinions on ham?

Ham just ain't my favorite in general, but I think as long as you are getting quality meat (i.e. not a ton of salt added, and trimmed fat) then ham's probably not too bad. It really depends though because most ham you'll find in stores is loaded with preservatives and highly processed. But if it's fresh and lean then go for it.

I agree. If you were to get a quality ham, like have a deli slice it up for you and have them trim the fat then yes you are prob ok. but the stuff that is pre packaged prob isnt the best IMO.
