NorCal was one of the first ABC get togethers even before the ABC got started. We have slowly grown, but it's proving tough to get the whole crew together. Not the biggest turnout, but a great workout none the less. Lowdown5, Phoenix Rising and myself set in for a DC workout covering Biceps, Forearms, Hams, Calves and Quads.
LD led the way with his knowledge of DC and showed the light to his two new Disciples.
DB curls - RP
Hammer Curls - to failure
Sled Calf Raises - 12sec hold, explode up, 5 sec down
Seated Hams - RP
Sled - RP and then a Widowmaker
Then a good long advice/kick in the ass/motivational talk.
Don't think I missed anything. It was great seeing these guys again.

Good shit fellas. Nice pics and vids as well. Ur gymn was a lil too mince for me-lol- but i guess thats bc everyone in Cali is a big baller
