I finished the test and a m-stak cycle while eating my way through my wallet, but anyway toward the end of my bulk i switched from pump to storm, (and i love storm)
So my question is if i'm going to take storm when cutting isn't it counter acting animal cuts because of the water weight from the creatine? or should i worry about it
also good/bad idea to stack cuts with stak? I think it sounds like a solid stack for a cut while keeping the muscle building up there
the diet will look like something like this
Morning- Cuts when waking
1 whole egg 4 egg whites
1/2 cup oats
20 oz skim milk
Mid morning/afternoon-vegies-carrots celery snack while sitting in class
Lunch- 2 chicken breast or turkey on whole wheat bread (Pak taken)
2 cups of fruit
Lunch/Supper- Cottage cheese 1/2 of container
Supper-Chicken-tuna-turkey whatever is cookin
I'm going to try to stick solid to that it will be easier here in a month when i get done with school, so.. give me some feedback
