Hello all, I am new to the forvm and wanted to get your opinion.

Right now I am taking Animal Pak with Stak before I work out, I also am taking protein powder as well.

I am 42 and about 6'2 195, and I am just looking to put on some size (not looking to compete in anything just to scare away any of my daughters boyfriends!!)

Over the past 2 years I have dropped about 30 pounds and a few inches from my waist, and also during that time I have increased both muscle size and strength. I have been using protein powder for a little over a year and then over winter used some size on, and a different creatine. I just tried Animal produts a little over 2 weeks ago, and I really like them. I was thinking after the Pak and Stak, that I would continue with Pak and add M-Stak (can I start right with that or wait a week?) I was also thinking about adding both pump and cuts as well. Is that too much or is it OK? I also take in about 2500 calories a day do I need to add a product like Real Gaines as well? If I do should I still take the protein powder or skip it while I am using Real Gaines? Still trying to watch the weight, but if it goes up due to muscle then all is good. Appreciate anybody who has read this far any any comments would be great.

Well first Pak is a must in any supplement stak in my opinion. You dont need to cycle it and it has everything that you need. Pump is the best creatine product by far. The second is Storm if you dont like taking pills. I prefer storm. Since you want to gain a lil size I first would look at your diet. Make sure you are getting enough Protein/Carbs/Fat in your diet. For cuts it has its advantages and disadvantages. In a bulking phase I would stay away from it. When you want to lean down then yes use cuts. Also you have to pick Bulk/Cut. Then adjust your diet accordingly. IMO if you want to put on size then make sure your protein is 1.5g per lb of body weight. Take Pak in the am w/first meal, then pump just right before your wo. Another sup you may want to check out is TORRENT. It is the best post work out sup to take. It has all the carbs and protien you need to rush those into your muscles post work out. Hope I didnt confuse you at all. PM me if you like and Maybe i can shed some extra light on things.

I'll try to answer as many questions as I can.. Hopefully I don't miss any..

1. Pak is a foundational supplement.. You don't have to ask "Should I do Pak+M-Stak".. Pak should be there no matter what other supplement you take.. But anyway.. M-Stak is known as a great product and I think you should go ahead and give it a try (and of course, continue taking pak)

2.You can add pump almost any time also.. I think Pak+M-Stak+Pump would serve you well

3. If you're looking to add size then I'd save the cuts for a time when you're looking to shed some body fat

4. In my opinion you need more than 2500 calories.. Real Gains would be a nice product to have.. I don't use it because I cant afford it, but I get by without it by making my own shakes

5. If you do decide to get real gains, you still need the whey protein.. Whey is a must in every diet.. I use it mainly post workout, and I add a little to my mass shakes for a little extra protein

I have to agree with yokd and taste.

As soon as my test and stak were gone, I immediately started taking M-Stak. I think pump is a good addition in any stack - however shock therapy and storm are equally as good. Just depends on whether or not you want to be taking more pills or the powder. I would keep taking your protein powder and add real gains to your diet. Generally, I like to throw a half cup of oats in with every shake I make. I also use casein protein before bed. If you're looking to grow I personally wouldn't throw in cuts. Like I always say you gotta eat big to get big! Just make sure you are eating clean!

As stated Animalpak is a foundational supplement (as is PUMP) so you can take it everyday. PUMP is good for that too (if $$$ isn't an issue); if it is, you could take a creatine on non lifting days (Universal has a very good Creatine Monohydrate product).

I would up your overall calories through your diet. "Food is the key, always has been always will be"...those are G Diesel's words: the "difference between the freaks and the flock is the fucking fork."

Take 1.5 or even 2 grams of protin for every pound of body weight. Save Cuts for a cut after you pack on some quality mass and size.

Universal and Animalpak suggest a week between products like Stak and M-Stak. Both of which are great! Real Gains is really good and will help on a bulk.

Eat EVERY 2-3 hours will be very helpful both on bulking and cutting diets...you may want to think of throwing Universal's Uni-Liver tabs into the mix too. They are very inexpensive and have A LOT of bang for the buck, with a very diverse AA profile.
