This is the hardest part for me ( and probably a lot of others as well). Does anyone have websites that would be able to help me out with diet... as far as guidelines.. i dont want someone to give me a diet for me, I'd like to form my own and show all of you guys and get some critiques from their. Im currently trying to gain mass, about 30lbs in 3 months (maybe more if i can). Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Alright, im just bad at telling how much protein/carbs/fats i should intake etc...
i know its anywhere from like 1-2g of protein per pound of bodyweight, but i dont know about the carbs/fats.. and I hate to ask people because I dont want to be like "what should i eat" blah blah.

Different people prefer different things.. Some prefer 1/1/1 ratio for protein/carbs/fat.. Others like 2/2/1.. Me, I eat as many carbs as I can.. Just find what works for you and do what you gotta do to make gains.. Nobody knows your body as good as you

If you were looking for articles and stuff like that, click on "Diet" at the top of the page.. Then click on "Articles" on the left.. You'll find loads of useful articles there

EDIT:

One more thing.. Not to shoot you down or anything, but your goal of 30 pounds in 3 months is kind of unlikely.. I'd set a more realistic goal.. It may be possible for some.. But at your height I don't think it would be very realistic unless you plan on gaining a significant amount of fat also..

No its cool, im looking to gain around 2-3 pounds per week. And I said about which can be less than 30 also. Im setting a goal for myself, im doing this through trial and error.

Well yeah the idea is 2-3 pounds per week.. But more than likely there will be weeks when you don't make any gains.. Or there may even be weeks when you lose weight.. Especially at this early stage, when you're not completely familiar with your body and what works for you..

But if you think you can do it, more power to ya
