Keto runs strip fat off the body, if you're doing 7-14 day keto runs, is there a limit as to how many you can/should do? For what reasons? I've heard people say that you should limit how many keto runs you do to 3 or 4 a year. Let me hear what you got to say.

im not sure if you are asking in terms of weight loss of for the purpose of glycogen supercompensation. In terms of weight loss i dont think i need to get into the keto diet as im sure youre well read on it, especially on this site.If you are trying for gly. supercomp. then you should limit it to one every few months for the best results. Im not sure if im addressing your question.

For fat loss, I did a compensation a couple months ago and would rather wait so I don't lose insulin sensitivity. But if I'm losing a good amount of fat is there any problem with doing multiple ones back to back? (month apart)

i dont think it would be a problem if anything it may just become less effective as you do it more but it may keep working well. Try it out and guage your progress...let me know how it goes for you because ive only ever done one every few months.

Four days, looks like I'm going on another keto. I'll let you all know if it is still just as effective.

I did keto for 16 weeks last year then bulked for 16 weeks now i'm 9 weeks or so into my latest keto overall I have gone from 310lbs 33.6%bf to 245lbs 14.2%bf (as of today) I think it works better if you go long periods of keto, bulk, keto
