Animal is the epitome of hardcore: Men and women committed to a lifestyle established upon the sound of crashing iron, aching muscles, and thousands of daily calories – but all the while loving every minute of it. Animal is having the ability utilize the ignorant comments, stares, and glares from critics and cynics as positive motivation to push harder and go far beyond all expectations.

god, the elusive pump, you watch Arnold talk so diligently and supportive of this cause to effect. Animal brings out the Arnold in me, the feeling of training in the footsteps of a man who was before his time. to feel you are a part of a legacy through animal is a power which only I and only so few can understand. i will never give this life up, it is my calling.

we live in a day and age of powerful components to add to our arsenal of anabolic growth. Animal has stood the test of time and now has brought new products to the table which shall continue to be a mainstay in up and comers and animals alike.

"in for the kill" by Machine is only full of passion and drive to those who know its meaning, who have that taste for becoming someone grotesque to be great, admired. this is however with the ever present factor of a tenacity and selflessness which can only come from within.

"blueprint for a psychopath" this is the article from animal which has made itself heard in my life, to come from the ground up and build yourself further up until you reach the sky. your training must come with beastly power, you must be on the verge of having some bodily dysfuction to know you are alive and kicking. i push until i am close to blacking out i cant see the mirror shit i dont know where the barbell is, but soon after i regain my vision i know who i am, i am part of a select breed.

"go hard or go home" now this is a statement which has been made a poster in my home gym, this sentence fires me up so that i push myself so that i dont feel like i left anything at the weight room. i want to leave with no more energy left, no more muscular ability to contract even once more. then you shall grow.

"Back to Back" Bulldog wrote this, and it stuck out at me. a certain sentence stuck out the most to me. but can only do bent rows with 225lb for a rep or two. Pathetic this was a direct challenge to me to get to this level. i can now proudly say i rep out 260 lbs for reps. thank you Bulldog my back is now my strongest bodypart.

"suck it up" this by Machine means more than just sucking it up on leg day, it means not being an ego filled iron head to other people its about realizing you lifting for your own shit. no one else cares, or no one needs to hear your latest lifts etc. keep that to yourself brother only answer when questioned.
"the money mentality" Before i knew who the real G Diesel was i had re-read this article countless times. this particular article is one which has allowed me sub-consciously to bear the brunt of what others say, to grow thick skin because of this and have the confidence in myself to keep improving. i am always progressing mentally or physically.

"do it again" Machine wrote this piece, it means to me to be a god. to be able to be a warrior, who again only does this shit for himself. you dont need to have anyone to encourage you its a fire burning within. sure you are the unsung leader of millions who have no hope nor confidence to achieve but they are but ghosts to your development as a whole, no one can stop animal.
animal means so much to so many that it is something of a culture. a underground mass gathering if you will. we are the most disciplined athletes around, everybody who has competed i tip my hat to you. you have achieved much to much not always rewarded but unto oneself realization of achievement.
thank you animal i will continue this lifestyle.

i believe many things fall into place if you believe you are meant to be there. i was meant to find a "A" logo which is similar to the animal brands "A" i wear it on days when i want to take things to another level. i believe i burnt that same logo into my right arm because Animal is imprinted in my genes and must be shown to the rest of the world im in this for good.
I believe my position i hold now is because of the way Animal has shaped me, thus i have become webbed in this game for ever.
my last conquest is to become a freak.
i believe Animal can do this not for me, but with me.

Brothers,
I can honestly say that Animal, the idea and the brotherhood is saving my life. Dont get me wrong, i am not dying, (not that i know of). But it has pulled my sorry ass off the couch and back in to the gym. No longer do i feel like a stuffed pig, huffing and puffing up the stairs, no engery, no desire, no passion.

Picked up a copy of M&F and flipped the pages and the simple black and white page yelled at me...."shut up and squat"...the hair on the back of my neck stood up....i went to the site, and order the owner's manual. I fucking devored it. i was so pumped when i got done reading it, i almost killed my self at the gym the next day.....and every day. I'm not the biggest, not the strongest, but now i know, i am not alone.

So brothers, to me Animal is life, a drive, a passion, a buring need to destroy myself, so i can be a stronger man, both mentaly and physically.

Animal is the one word that can define us. It is something you must be in order to understand. To walk into a gym and lift a weight where the first rep of a rep set is as intense to you as the last rep of the average guys set, yet you still drive through with all the intensity in the world to do as much as possible.

There is a lot more to Animal than the physical aspects. An animal lives inside many of us, it is what drives us to keep going in the gym and in life. I know guys in the gym that are huge but take steroids and arnt serious. Animals are people who do it the hard way no matter whats in their way and if you are an Animal you will see results.

Instincts! Ever see an animal capture its prey, like some kind of evil has entered into its mind. Its not voluntary, it has no control, it is merely instinct that forces the action to take place and devour its prey.

See there is a brotherhood out there that has this very instinctive quality to them. They are the elite, the driving force, the one more pound, the one more rep, the total focus of the heart, mind, body and soul a total connection to the Iron. Brothers, there is no other like them. They are a rare breed! They are ANIMAL!

Animal is more than a lifestyle, it is a life philosophy. To be a true animal, you accept a way of life that can only benefit yourself and anyone who comes in contact with you. Its about being a man, about raising a family to be strong and respectful. Its about a work ethic secong to none, whether it be in the gym or on your everyday life; leave no stone unturned, cut no corners, complete everything to your utmost ability. Its about being a pillar of society, respecting those that deserve respect, and straightening those that follow a crooked road through life. Its about touching everyone you come into contact with, leaving them with the knowledge that what you see is what you get, no bullshit, nothing to hide. Its leaving that impression that others strive to want to be like you. Its about balls to the wall determination, in life nad the gym. Its about letting your actions speak for you, its a character and strength of mind and body.

Animal is a descriptive word that describes our willingness and desire to be set apart from the rest. Sure, someone can "look" like an animal, but it takes a different breed to actually possess those Animal characteristics. It doesn't matter how big you are, nor how much weight you can lift... Animal is something way more important than that. Animal is the passion inside, the internal drive to outdo oneself every fuckin' second of their existence. Satisfaction is for those who are OK surrenduring to mediocracy, not for the true Animal. The animal always seeks something more, as if something is calling him... drowning out all other noises. In order to follow this voice it must resist every temptation and smash through every obstacle that dare stand in its way. Although it may never reach this voice, it understands that it has come way to far to give up...

We, the Animals, stick together and plow through the path less traveled.

Animal is a state of mind, plain and simple. It's not a passing fad or a fleeting idea. Animal is about balancing hardcore and humble. It's about strength and chivalry. It's a promise to none other than yourself to never be satisfied with yourself in any way; to always strive for betterment. It's about fighting ignorance with knowledge, and blind hate with patient, insightful responses. It's not about going into the gym, throwing around weight with your chest stuck out like your shit don't stink, and walking around acting an ass. Animal is just the name we give to the hard, lonely path that we walk in our quest to have our footprints echo in eternity like deafening thunder.

Good luck to you bros.

Animal, to me, is waking up in the morning and knowing that if absolutely everything goes wrong throughout my entire day, I can still go to the gym, shed every facade that I am so often forced to wear (due to work, school, and what-not) and just see some red and turn into a fucking maniac. Animal is needing the iron like a coke-fiend needs his next binge.

Strength and Honor.

My inner animal is a beast...a demon that lives in side....its also a fear and desire that is never satisfied. The animal is a driving force that reawoke last July 06 for me....it was a glance into the mirror...I realized being 53...and taking a 20 year lay off from body building..raising a family...having 20 year relationship die....I promoted everyone elces dreams and goals...was there for everyone that needed help...and last july...I desided....the animal...the beast...the demon inside said....."its your turn....its time to change...its your life to reclaim". I know in my heart it was time....I joined a gym...brought out my old school ways...and some new....got the diet fixed...and brought my life full circle..the animal was alive and well....and at 53...meaner than ever....more defined...hungry and with a need to be the best...The animal brought my life to a new ground....my body changed...my health improved 100%...my strength...my soul....was now younger...the animal gave me youth...gave me the power to change. I now am now going into my 7 month of training...and the animal keeps me sharp and aroused. I have a younger love in my life...a wonderful woman that understands the animal in side me...she knows its what changed me for the better...gave me the edge. The animal tells me that....what we leave bahind is not as important as how we have lived.....the animal now looks back at me in the mirror and says...you are....and I am.....

Animal is someone who always wants more. More from themselves, more from there weights, more from there food, more muscle. They are dedicated, no borderline obsessed with nutrition and fitness. They are the real men who turn down a lunch date for a can of tuna and some oatmeal. They are the ones who are in the gym working there ass off while people get wasted off there ass. They are the people who have made goals in there life and will do what they must to reach them. They truly should receive a applause. Get Fucking Huge you Animals!

Animal is a person who isnt about chasing ass in the gym, looking at the man next to him and throwing up more weight just cause he can. Animal takes one to know one. Dedication, determination and one giant fuckin passion. No days off here. We live a life in which only we can understand, while some people look at us with disgust and the thought "freaks".

Iron is the only one for us, staying true to the game, meal....after meal....after meal of only clean food, and forcing it down at times. Yeah, we could be normal, but we say fuck that. We live, eat, breathe iron. No excuses, just lift after lift, set after set, rep after rep, no short cuts. Lift to get gains, lift to get big, lift for the pump, lift to be an animal. Fight through that last rep and fuckin get it up.

Without iron.....where would the ANIMAL be?

Anyone who sees this message board wants to better themselves. Whether it be bigger, stronger, leaner, or more disciplined. Animal helps achieve all of these goals. Animal is a means to an end, an assistant along the path of improvement. Whether it be through supplementation, diet, or training, Animal helps with the daily struggles that plagues all, and helps us rise above, as brothers, to achieve our maximum limits. Animal helps achieve what we, in our hearts, know is possible.

Animal is a common belief in a common goal by a group of the most hungry and devoted to the cause. The question what cause even if it is living a healthier life or a decision to be the best at something. Not just a Bodybuilder for competition ,but the construction worker, police man, armed forces, to that lawyer who just needs lok better in his suite. What is animal to me I am 31 yrs old and I want to live a long healthy life and look great while doing it. I am inspired by the other animals here across the world I will help who needs my help and learn from those who give their knowledge.

In a time where old bodybuilding practices are contradicted almost monthly by the lastest research, it's easy for anyone to get confused just by the sheer amount of bs that's out there. Animal is like a sanctuary from the madness. It's calm, serene. A place where the all the white noise is cut out and one can just focus on the shit that's real, on the shit that has been proven to work time and again.

To me, Animal represents a lifestyle, a state of mind even, of a no nonsense philoshophy to improving oneself. It's a brotherhood, it's hardcore, it's...Animal, a simple and fitting word that epitomizes all those concepts and then some.

Animal has changed my life. I was skinny and wanted to get into lifting then when looking through some M&F mags i read the ad about the 99's and I was hooked. Me and my lifting partner lift everyday after class and I wouldn't give that time up for anything. I have become more disiplined in everything else i do and deticated. Takin animal products makes the results real, Animal through and through...100% Real Deal!

It's the mirror that is held up to your soul. It's the truth that one can't hide behind. It is a brotherhood, truly cast in iron. It inspires, motivates and educates. It's the school yard where as long as your 'in' your home; if your a poser it'll be pointed out and you'll be dealt with accordingly.

"Now what you think is nothin' might be somethin' after all,
Now you know this ain't no through street, the end is dead ahead,
The poor folks play for keeps down here, turns you from hunted into hunter"

Animal helps one to reach and attain their dreams, believe and achieve. Peace.

Animal is the fuel to my fire. Everytime I read an ad or look one of Animal's pic it gives me that little extra. Its that little extra that pushes me when my legs are about to go out and I'm about to cheat myself short one rep. It's that little extra that makes me think of all those bigger animals out there and help me squat out four more. All fires need fuel to survive, and Animal is my fuel.

Animal is a way of life, a brotherhood. Only a few will truly understand what it means to experience the Animal ways. Animal lives in all aspects of your life, the way you train, eat, live, breathe. Animal is dedication, obsession, striving for something different, something better. Animal is determination, sacrifice. Words really cannot describe ANIMAL! The only true way you can describe it is through observation. If you see the Animal lifestyle, then you will understand what Animal is, what it means to every single person on this site.

Animal to me is a state of being. Animal is putting weight up for an hour or more and then taking time to play with the kids, it's helping people on this forum because we all started off not knowing shit. Animals are true to themselves and know where and what they stand for. Animal attitude is showing respect to others as well as demanding it in return. An Animal might not be the biggest person in the room, but in the gym you will know who they are by the way they workout and act in and out of the gym. I like the way I feel and the way I'm looking. I love being part of this brotherhood. I love being an Animal.

What is Animal to me? That's gotta be the easiest question. One word. LIFE. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. From the time you open your eyes in the morning until the time you lay your head down at night. It's every meal we eat, every rep we force out, every gallon of water we down. All of the blood, sweat, and tears we shed. It's overcoming obstacles thrown at us. It's smashing through barriers trying to hold us back. It's fighting until there is nothing left in us, then fighting more. All the dedication, intensity, and hard work we put in day in and day out. It's every fiber in my body. Animal is Life.

The famous riddle of would one choose to be a dead lion or living rat? Lots of things live, but how many are ever really alive? When you see a particular species in the zoo you aren't seeing the wild animal. Animals are products of their environment and the daily challenges they face for survival. All living things are either learning, adapting, and growing to overcome new challenges or dying and becoming extinct. As the song "animal" by Def Leppard suggests (yes, I'm THAT old, 38), there is an urgency and intensity to the wants and needs of an animal that goes beyond that of a man. Animal is alive. Animal is wild.

I never excelled at typical sports because I’m only 5’5”, but I found my place in the gym. Since I was 14 years old, I’ve been busting my balls in the weightroom nearly every day. Today is my 20th birthday and I’m a sophomore in college, I’ve come a long way since my beginning days of lifting w/ my dad in my uncle’s old attic. Now that my dad is not around to push me, and on the days when I’m not quite feeling intrinsically motivated, I turn to animalpak.com. I read religiously, taking in any bit of knowledge I can and sucking motivation from every sentence I read. To me, “animal” is defying the odds. Being what people said you couldn’t and doing what they thought you’d never do. Being short, I was always looked down on. Now I’m 165 pounds with a 325-pound bench press and a 430-pound squat—and finally getting respect. People ask me how much I bench. I tell them “not enough.” They ask me how big I want to get, I tell them “until I can’t get any bigger.” Yeah, they think I’m crazy, but I know they couldn’t possibly understand. No one thinks I’ll be a bodybuilder, but I’ll show them one day too. But surprisingly enough, what my father is most proud of me for is my 4.0 I have in college. He said I couldn’t do it again, I sad “watch me.” And I’ve had it for the past three semesters. Defying the odds, no matter what they are, that’s “Animal”!

animal...well its not just the products like many have stated. animal has created a brotherhood, a sense of belonging for many lifters who felt demotivated or lost. for me animal helps break up the day to day monotony of life in iraq. everything from the ads, to the forum to the products. you're having one of "those days" look at the animal poster on the wall (i know wrath always has some encouraging words!ha). hit a plateau in your workout, hit the forum and find the answer. and everyone knows as soon as animal products hit your system ITS GAME ON!! animal has laid out the path that many of us had been looking for. gen. patton once said, “A man must know his destiny… if he does not recognize it, then he is lost. By this I mean, once, twice, or at the very most, three times, fate will reach out and tap a man on the shoulder… if he has the imagination, he will turn around and fate will point out to him what fork in the road he should take, if he has the guts, he will take it.” one way to acheive your destiny is to surround yourself with Animal.

Animal is walking into the gym on your scheduled rest day because you missed the smell of the old sweat and the feel of the iron in your hands, even though it's only been a day.

Animal is not a title that someone can just give to you; it is earned by busting your ass everyday in everything you do, staying dilligent to the lifestyle, and staying motivated to your own cause because with every rep and every plate you know, you are changing the world

Animal is not taking yourself too seriously. You've got to have fun with today because tomorrow isn't a promise.

And most importantly, Animal is you and I. Love it and die for it.

Animal is a way of life. A way of life that many talk that they live but few ever actually dare to step into. It's doing whatever it takes and sacraficing everything else to be at the top. And to get there Animal gives you products that actually work....no gimicks....just straight balls to the wall products that get the job done. They back there products by there results....not just some over paid steroid user to say that product made them look like that. Animal is the only way of life for those who dare...

I feel it tearing at my skin from the inside out, burning, clawing. The desire builds and the focus tightens. Energy, pure & intoxicating as i feel the comforting iron between my palms. As the push off is given and i feel the stress, of not only the iron, but my dedication, my aggression, my rage, my ambition.

And then, as quickly as it came it disappears, drowned by the clarity of my will and focus. It is at this moment, i feel the animal that lies within me, crouched to pounce and my instinct consumes me.

Animal is the path we choose to take, the path to be the best; the path to deny failure; the path that does not contain complacency. To follow the path means to push yourself to be better than who you are, every damn day of your life, be it in the gym, at work, or during recovery. We are different from the regular gym folk. We don't work out, we LIFT, we CRUSH, we EAT iron. An animal studdies, thinks, plans, and executes. We all came to this forum to share, to learn, to be better... Animal gives us a meaning for our existance. Animal gives us the motivation to live, to get up and eat at 4 so we can be to the gym at 5. For me Animal has changed me. Animal has given me the power to tap deep into myself, and excel. Release the ANIMAL within.

Animal is what I have dug out from the deepest parts of my soul. It's what pushes me to beat down my body harder than I was ever beaten down for being the fat kid. I now am the one pushing myself to the ground, this time with a loaded bar on my shoulders and my ass to the gym floor. Animal makes the supplements that keep me pushing myself through every set, every forced last rep. Animal is what I have become. Animal motivates me, Animal builds me up, Animal is who I am and who I will always be.

Being an Animal to me is breaking free from this advancing modern world that is filled with 5'6", 165 pound business men running around talking on their cell-phones all day. An Animal doesn't rely on an overdeveloped cebebrum. Its about tappin' into the primal side--blood, sweat, and iron. When people ask why I train and why I fight, I can't tell them. You can't explain this shit, you only feel it raging inside of you. I want to show the world we didn't evolve from some monkey, but it took a fuckin' gorilla to make us.

Well looks like I have some writing to do.
WHat makes me, me you wonder? Hell I'm not really sure. I've been alot of shit but a quiter was never one. Yeah I coulda given up a few times thrown the damn towel in and walked away this shit, fuck that. Besides the fact that I couldn't if I even wanted to. See I got a problem, I'm an addict, I'm addicted to the iron. The feel, the smell, the sound. You all know what I'm talking about. It's why you're here, too. You can't forget that sound, you know the one, the one you hear when you givin it all you got. When your body is shaking so much that it sounds like jingle bells on the speakers. Yeah thats the sound.
I'm in this for the long haul ladies and gentlemen. I'm sticking this one out until the end. Where's it end you ask, fuck I dont know, I'll tell you when I get there. I do know something about the end of it not much, I know it's a longs ways away.

To me Animal is the only way of life that I know. I wouldn't be able to adapt to any other lifestyle. Animal to me is you go to the gym to get shit done. No fucking around taking 10 minutes to do something that takes 3. Animal is being different, the feeling from the stares, the looks, thats animal. Animal shows you that when you get the work done and you get those stares is a feeling of accomplishment.

I have been using Animal Pump for a full six weeks and I love it. Pump has given me what I need in a pre-workout supp. Not to mention the results I have gotten from it. Most noteable are my pulldowns [190 up to 235] and my incline press [180 up to 290]. This stuff is no joke, if you guys send me some more PUMP it will not go to waste. Good lookin' out from the PAK.

And I will not train without animal in my body. It is the building blocks that become unleashed inside of me pushing me harder and harder. Its what pulls me to the gym when I am sick, tired, stressed from school, or just beat dwon from the week. I train with animal to become the Animal

Here the response in words on the man itself:

" The greatest feeling you can get in a gym or the most satisfying feeling you can get in the gym is the pump. Let's say you train your biceps, blood is rushing in to your muscles and that's what we call the pump. Your muscles get a really tight feeling like your skin is going to explode any minute and its really tight and its like someone is blowing air into your muscle and it just blows up and it feels different, it feels fantastic...."

Animal is a mindset its a life. What do I mean by this an Animal is someone who wont give up when it seems hopeless when it seems like they can't get that last rep because of the pain but they push through it and do even a few more. It's the lifestyle by forcing that food in your mouth and choking it down when your not hungry or you are already full. Why do we do this it is because we have desire to be better than what we already are no matter where we are are whether we are a beginner or we are Mr. Olympia we never settle we always strive to better better than ourselves than the next guy yet we still stay humble. Its getting up early in the morning and training when you just want that extra five minutes of sleep its going to bed early so you can heal its not going out on the weekend because you dont want a set back. We only have one chance in this life to become what we want to be or better yet what we are supposed to be. What is Animal? We are Animal!!! We are the Brotherhood.

Animal is not only a web sight, a magazine article, or a brand for a product line, Animal saved my marriage. 2 years ago my wife told me she was not happy in our marriage anylonger, she had lost interest in the person I had become. Working all the time and weighing almost 300 lbs, A friend of mine at work took me to the gym with him and showed me how to properly use cardio and lift weights.

Well I guess what I am trying to say is the first night we walked into that gym he told me how important it is to eat well, lost of protein and suppliments. That was the first night I have heard of ANIMAL. Well 2 years and countless ANIMAL packs later, I have went from 27% BF down to 11% BF I have lost 70 + lbs and now have a great body to show for it. I may not have a body builder physique but I am dedicated and well on my way. I am an ANIMAL through and through. I have always used your products and I always will. Some men preach the word of god, I preach the word of ANIMAL. I would like to win. Thank you for giving us the chance to do something like this.

I wrote this in response to another thread where people were saying it doesnt matter what you do and that your genetics just decide everything, i believe it may apply here aswell....

Ok...Genetic limitations...I see. Well, if you want to go that route. It was said that the peak of the highest mountain in the world was out of reach of any man; but in 1953 Sir Edmund Hillary Reached the summit of Mt. Everest. When Lance Armstrong was diagnosed with testicular, brain, and lung cancer all at the same time he then went on to win the Tour de France seven times in a row. Audie Murphy was laughed at for joining the military because of how small he was, but he then went on to be the most decorated soldier in the history of the United States with a estimated confirmed kill count of 240, not including long range fire or explosives. He even single handedly took out a tank in the middle of the night. It was said that man could not bench press, squat, or deadlift but so much weight, but that was all proven wrong. All of these people, just as us, have one thing in common, THE GENETIC LIMITATIONS OF MAN. Even though, with all odds against them, they proved it all wrong. I do believe the same can be carried into bodybuilding. You hear so much hype about genetics and your limitations. Fuck that. Why don’t you go to these people and tell them they are limited, tell them they do not have a chance, and see what kind of answer you get. I give my body one choice to make and one only, Adapt or completely shut down. Obviously the fact that I am here writing this proves that it is adapting. The more you say genetics limit me, the harder I train; the more you say it can not be done, the harder I train; the more you say I do not have a chance, the more you doubt me, the harder I fucking train. The point is that why don’t you stop thinking you already lost the battle and begin the fight. Genetics are nothing but an idea, now I give you the same challenge I give myself everyday, prove them wrong....If you have the balls to.

I am in the gym 5-6 days a week. I lift till I feel like I am going to puke. I lift to feel the burn and the pain of the swell. I love being looked at like I did something wrong when I walk through the door. This is why I do it. This is why I get up at 4 and go sweat. This is why I love this place. Nowhere else have I found a place that will allow someone to ask a question and not get their ass handed to them like they are stupid. Yea I was off for a long time and lost motivation. That was a month ago. I have been back and hitting the weights harder than I ever have. I owe it all to this place, and these people. This is truely animal, I am animal.

I am putting my hand out for the pump. I want it. I love this game and anything to help it get better is a bonus for me. Gimme gimme gimme!!!

Animal, this is a word that represents many great things to all of the men and women who live the life. It does not matter if you are sporting 12 inch arms or 23 inch arms because Animals know that what is important is what lies underneath the muscle. The word Animal represents pushing yourself beyond what yesterday you considered to be the limit. It also represents respect, honor and integrity. Animal is not only one person but also a group of people dedicated to helping others achieve their goals with helpful information and inspiration.

I had one thing on my mind the first day I joined my gym with my training buddy..........And before we walked in the door to start our own journey, I told him this, "In six months we will be the baddest mother fuckers in this bitch, and if you don't want to, I'll be the baddest mother fucker by myself!!!" Brothers there is no feeling like getting back in the game. This is my chance to compete again. Not against other players on a football field, but against the harderst working competitor I know..........me. This is my way of life now. I live it day in and day out. I crave it. Everything else in life disappears for that hour and a half. Its nothing but me and the iron. Animal stands for everything I believe in and dispises everything I hate in the world.

Animal the company, the website, the forum is, in a word Motivation!
Animal the supplements are Motivation!
Animal the philosophy, the way of life, can not be learned from words, can not be taught. it's either in you or it's not. It may be dorment, lying there waiting to be found but it can not be taught or bought. That's where Animal the company, the website, the forum and the supplements ( Motivation ) comes into play.

I have been using Pump for two months and it can bring out the Animal even if it's dorment.

Animal means "Training Hard". Training hard in the gym, training hard in life. Just plain Traing Hard! When your days been lousy, your boss is on your ass for a deadline, your wife just completed a 15 page "Honey Do" list. An Animal finds the time to Train Hard in the gym. It doesn't matter if its 3:00 AM and you had to sleep on the coach cause your wife is mad the dishwasher ain't working. An Animal will make time for the gym and in there, he is King of his domain! With the blood lost, the sweat dripping and the pain from every rep, he knows that during that brief time in the gym that morning, the rest of the day is his to capture. An animal trains hard! And he'll be back the next day for the same pain and enjoyment.

Train Hard bros!

You wake up and it's dark outside, while the whole world is sleeping. You make 6 eggs before you even know you're awake.

You eat things you don't like and you push yourself through the hottest fires because you expect nothing less from yourself.

Your drive to be better tomorrow than you are today is all-consuming, and nothing-- absolutely nothing-- will stand in your way.

You know yourself.

Animal is something more than a company to me...It is an inspiration, a thriving community of brothers of the iron... I love reading the through the forum, Wrath's journey, and also just love the animal products. I recently finished animal pump and i really liked it and it isnt very expensive. I also used animal flex currently and that shit just took the pain in my knees away after a week or two, couldn't go without it.

Animal isn't something that can be learned. You are born with it. If you don't have it, you can't understand it. Some find it in themselves early in life and can either utilize it, or run from it. It's deep inside, you can feel it grow as you push through every obstacle in life. Every time your bullied, made fun of, called a freak, rejected, have a great loss and misunderstood it gets bigger and hungers for more.

If you one day choose not to fight it, to let it come to the surface, you learn what it likes. You can't totally control it, you can only try to get ahold of it. Some animals need iron, some need physcial contact and some need both. Eventually you realize that you have become that animal. No longer is it clawing to get out. It's here and it's ready to do whatever it takes to get you where it wants you to be.

Certain leisures are lost. You are an animal, food is for fuel now. Sleep is just for regeneration. Your free time will be spent in the gym. You stand at your desk looking at your new diet and training log. Thinking it's going to be impossible to do. That little voice inside telling you no is the last bit of humanity you have. Telling you to forget it and go eat some pizza, watch T.V. for hours and hit the bars. Who cares if your fat?

Don't worry, once fully unleashed the animal will kill the last bit of humanity you have. People at your work, school, and gym all ask how you find the "motivation" to do what you do. They make weak excuses not to go to the gym. They think your a freak or have a huge ego. They have no clue. They don't understand why you love being in pain. They don't understand that you have to either be the predator or be the prey. Prey like them.

Animal; that feeling you get after you finish that last set. Your sweat is fresh and running freely, your muscles burn, your body feels like a scrap heap.

You drop that last weight, it's that last breath - the exhilleration. Another workout, another brick. It's the warm blood, pulsing through your swollen veins. It's that sadness, your workout is over. But nothing ever ends, your an animal. You breath in iron and exhale weakness.

You live for this.

Being animal is a simple thing, its all about the brother hood of iron. Look at all the brothers here giving their thoughts on this and on other articles here. This is not a team sport but at the same time it is, we are here to help each other and ourselves. That is the reason for this forum. To help others in their quest for a better self and at the same time to walk away with something for yourself.

I have met and got good tips from many good people in gyms and here. I look forward to meeting more and learning even more.

When the AnIm@l is unleashed within me, it is the begining of a well sought & earned education. Every single day I enter my iron temple I get to challenge the biggest, most formidable opponent and ally that I've ever come across... myself. With each iron session I grow stronger, wiser and better. The AnIm@l within me teaches and reinforces important values that help my development inside and outside the gym; values such as dedication, discipline, patience, consistency and hard work. My AnIm@l repays me when I follow through with my commitments...and disciplines me when I stray...It is one of my most valued instruments in my personal, social, and professional ventures; one which I can't live without.

Animal is the definition of hardcore. Animal is a drive that no one can contain, it separates the wannabes from the dedicated maniacs. Its something everyone should be proud to be a part of. Animal is not only a word, its a way of life, its what keeps you hitting the gym hard on the days you feel like a zombie that should have stayed in bed.

Animal is whats in your mind the moment before breaking your limits.

Animal is the strenght you have deep down that makes you continue when everyone around you says you should stop you quest.

Animal is the mark you acquire by pain and blood.

Animal is the spark in your eyes while at the gym that makes everyone wonders "who is that Animal" ?!!?!

Animal is the grunt you make while pushing your last reps and taking the meaning of Hardcore to a next level.

Animal is what difference us from average weightlifters and makes us dedicated bodybuilders or powerlifters.

Animal is a place where we can gather to give and receive and where bullshit is not allowed.

Animal is a line of supplement, a fucking great one. One that works and its all that matters.

Animal is what I see in the mirror while doing intense barbell curls.

Animal is each of us brothers.

Animal is what separates you from the other guy in the gym. It's 4:27am, it's 'shut the fuck up and train', it's 'go away', it's tuna, rice, eggs and water for flavor. It's basic instinct and it's what you were created to be. Laziness is the root of invention. Animal wasn't invented...it just was.

The state of mind when you walk in the gym. Everything goes away, execpt for the weights ahead of you. There are no distractions in the gym, no side conversations about whats going on that weekend, the animal inside just wants to sweat and work hard. Its also the instinct which tells you "no" when reaching for that sweet desert before you go to sleep, and the gurrgling pain in your stomach which you just have to deal with.

Animal to me is the focused undistracted instinct I have on my journey. Just like a hungry grizzly on the hunt nothing else is gonna' get in the way of his goals. It's having that unstoppable freight train mentality. That to me is what Animal is.

I just got down using 2 containers of No Xplode and 3 containers of Super Dump 250 and both too me were a waste of money but I had to try them both for more than 1 container to give them every benefit of the doubt. I took them religously and exactly as directed with no results. My friend and I were just talking about our next NO/pump product we could take and post on.

Thanks for the chance!

Would Animal Pump be a great addition to me during a cut diet? If so, count me in BIG time, if not I would love to try it in April as I start my clean bulk.

Animal - one who's dedicated to the iron, one who withstands the monotnous dieting, one who stays consistent with the program, one who strives on personal goals. Animal is Hardcore.

What is Animal?

Animal is so much more than a brand, a product, or a supplement. Animal is an attitude, a philosophy, a way of life.

An Animal is the Nemesis you always strive to beat. We’re the ones that do what others are unwilling to even attempt. We’re not satisfied with being good; we strive to be great, to be the biggest, the best, and the baddest at everything we do.

You can find an Animal in every gym, every locker room, there’s at least one on every team. The overachiever, the determined and driven fanatic that can not be denied. We’re the first ones in the gym or on the field; and we’re the last to leave. We’re the adrenaline junkies that live for the moment when we can show what we’re made of and pay tribute to the Gods.

We’re the proud freaks, the monstrosities, the miscreants. The ones that demand your attention as soon as we walk in the room. You can tell an Animal by the way they walk, the way they talk, the way they work and play, and most importantly, the way they live.

We rise to the challenge; it calls our name. We like the road less traveled, the path that’s ridden with dangerous obstacles and immovable stones. We’re the 1% of the population that just doesn’t fit within the rest of society’s limitations.

Fire breathing dragons, sharks in the water, a coiled and poisonous snake, the crazed pit-bull hungry for more. The unsung heroes that work as hard as we do because it’s all we know. We find honesty and humility in the pain. We find honor in a hard day’s work. We see glory in conquering our fears, and overcoming all obstacles. We don’t make excuses, we just get it done. We do whatever it takes, day after day and time after time.

Animal is Perseverance. Animal is a Brotherhood that knows no boundaries. Animal is the way our mind works, the way our body looks, the sweat on our brow, the tear in our eye, the blood on our hands. Animals heed the call. Animals defy the laws of man. Animals Strive for more. Animals LIVE every moment.

Animal is Hardcore.
Animal is Everywhere.
Animals Never Quit.
Animals Never Die.

Animals,

That's a small token of what it means to me. Thanks for everything brothers. The supps, the posters, the posts, the manual, and most of all the support.

I don't say a lot...but what I do comes from the heart.

Deuces,

Darius

Brothers,
I can honestly say that Animal, the idea and the brotherhood is saving my life.

It would be easy to write a “paper” on this topic…

- Animal is that workout partner that I know is there EVERY workout

- Animal is that Spotter that’s got my back when the numbers are in the Hundreds

- Animal is the scream in my head telling me to get it done

- Animal is the ingredient that releases the Primal Savage which makes me an ANIMAL

Animal is holding yourself to higher standard's then normal people. An animal wants to be perfect, but can admit his flaws and improve on it.

The winners. Fellas PM me with your full name and adress and I'll get the Pump sent out to ya.

I am not knocking you guys. You guys have posted some of the most creative writings. Is that what this is about? How many know what it is like pull together what you can to make a gym where there is nothing? How many get called a fool for " lifting to damn heavy" for "taking that shit to serious" for "trying to eat to much"? May be all of you, may be not. How many work out in a "gym" where some of the weights fit, some don't. Where you eat what food they have, not what is on your diet. It would be easy to be dicouraged here. But I will not quit. I will get bigger and stronger. And I love it.
I am currently in Iraq. We put together our on gym. We do what we have to. The gym is my place to feel at home. My place to leave the hurt, and make my own. It is my place. I need Animal here with me. I need what it has to offer. I need to feel the "Pump".
