What do you eat/drink on the day of a bodybuilding contest? Also, any tips on what to eat/drink or not to eat/drink on the week of would be great.

Also, when do you cut creatine out before a contest?

That is a tricky subject, as there are no one size fits all formula. Everybody are different, and there are so many ways to peak for a contest.
But generally speaking, if the show is on Saturday, most people cut out water around 4-8pm on friday night and drink little to none on the day of the show.
During last week of the contest prep, most people would do a carb depletion usually from monday to wednesday and carb up on thursday and friday. For carb depletion, its usually nothing but low salt meats like grilled chicken and tuna, and egg whites. For carb up, its usually the same protein sources with the same carb sources you been using throughout the contest prep.
As far as what to eat on the day of the contest, some eats junk food. Other eats the exact same meals as on thursday and friday before the show.
Its all trail and error, the important thing is to learn and gain experience from each show.
