Are dry nasty & nearly tasteless, however there are a multitude of ways to prep them:
Cut thin after cooking, freeze & use later with whole wheat bread, some lettuce tomato & mustard, for a low cal, high protien, high fiber meal...
cut into cubes raw, & ground up, use in spaghetti in place of hamburger...
cubed in a salsa (the hotter the better) for a nice quick soup, sans carbs...
eaten plain cooked & then dipped in salsa...
Light Teryaki marinated & grilled on low heat, & or on shish kabobs, or on a pizza in slices w/fat free cheeses, & whole wheat dough...
how many other ways are there that you prepare your dry chicken & turkey breasts???
