animal dosage everyday?

whats up fellas,

i can proudly say that i just got my animal pak, cuts, and m stak yesterday and i cant be more excited to put these products to the test.. i got a question though regarding everyday dosage for these products.. i want to be as strict and perfect as possible with the dosage.. so i would greatly appreciate the perfect time to dose each of these products, training days and off days .. thanks in advice fellas
