You a professional editor?
there should be more info on proper dosing. Wouldn't a 220lb. guy need more than the 175 pounder? I've ordered 2 more cans as I'm increasing to two paks a day. Just the results from the first can are enough to make me want to stay on this stuff!

You gotta take everything into account, particularly your diet. I know I eat a lot of fish which adds plenty of EFAs right there. Also, you'd take things like your size into account. In consider myself to be a big fella, but for me, a single pack is all I need. That said, Ox is taking two packs daily. Then again, he's an IFBB pro.

You a professional editor?
I was a newspaper sports reporter & editor for about 5 years, then managing editor of a publishing company for another 5, before I realized that programming paid better and I didn't have to supervise liberal arts majors...
I still do freelance writing & editing occasionally, but I haven't paid the bills with it since 1993.

Tough work, editing. Yeah, I can see how programming pays more of the bills...
