I workout at 6:30 Am and also at 6:00 Pm. My first meal is at 5:00 Am, second is lunch at 10:00 and third at 12:00. My fourth preworkout meal is at 2:30. Dinner is at 9:00-30.
I should take Pak in the morning along with flex and 4 uniliver tabs with each meal.
1. When should i take pump because i am doing two workouts?
2. When should i take Nitro? After both Workouts?
3. When should i take M-stak?
4. Do i need Omega?
5. what other animal products will help me gain size?

I also am allergic to whey so what animal protein shakes can i consume without throwing up?

define workout, are you doing morning cardio then lifting in the afternoon?

I do a three day double split
monday AM back PM Chest
tuesday AM SHoulders PM Arms
Wensday Am Quads Pm Calves and Hams
Thursday rest
Repeat on friday

Allergic to whey? I'm sorry, but that seems very off to me. How can you be allergic to protein? Are you 100% sure its not something mixed in with the whey? Or is it the processing of the protein?

Answers-
1. Take pump before the first workout, or combine your 2 workouts into 1. Why are you doing two? What do the exercises in each consist of? Would supersetting a chest/back exercise for an example help you with your supplementation, training, and goals?
2. Nitro right before and after each workout
3. I am not familiar enough with Mstack to answer this
4. Depends on the dietary fat you are ingesting now.
5. Animal Pak. Its essential for everyday life, not just lifting.

Anything that messes with hormones should not be taken until your at least 25, if not later. Its not smart to mess with it earlier than that because that can mess you up in some bad ways. Wouldn't want to permanently hinder your body's capabilities to produce it on its own
