Animal Pak, Animal Test, Animal Stak

Schedule
Animal Pak: 1 pack daily, in the AM, with your breakfast meal
Animal Stak: 1 pack daily, 1 hour before training
Animal Test: 1 pack daily, 30 minutes preworkout

Suggested Training Routine: Training Routine #4 (pg. 15)

Tips
Cycle off with Animal M-Stak so as to maintain muscle mass gained.

but in this stack test is with food or not ???
in this way is empty stomach or i have to eat 30 min prior training ???
if yes i have to use whey with water ???
and if i would use animal pump (stak+test+pump) timing ???

Stak and Test are on an empty stomach. If you want to add Pump in there then I would take it 10-15 min. after Test.

How old are you?

As a general rule, a bodybuilder should never have an empty stomach...that being said, according to the Stack #8 in the AOM, the Pak with a meal and both the Stak and Test without food. So, if you were to use Test only, I would NOT take it with a meal.

If I was doing Stack #8, and taking Test I would be eating EVERY 2-3 hours, period. That looks like an intense Training Routine (if you use #4) and you'll need fuel in the tank to maximize the size and strength that comes from hard work and good supplements, which only a good diet can help bring about.

So as a review, Pak with breakfast; Stak 1 hour pre-workout w/o food and Test 30 mins prior w/o food. If you're going to use Test only: 30 mins prior w/o food. Good luck on your Journey and I hope this helps answer your question, peace.
