Is there a big difference between Shock Therapy and Pump. They have alot of the same stuff but there are a few differences. Plus, I workout in the morning and at night and I would get the most servings out of Shock Therapy if i take it twice aday. Which should i get?

I myself use Pump, but I am unable to compare the two because I have no experience with Therapy, however if you look through this thread they compare the two plus Storm, and it has a lot of useful info that might better answer your question:

There are some major differences, such as Pump being an "all-in-one" type of supplement with containing Stims/Creatine/Nootropics/Antioxidants/NO..while Shock primary is NO/Nootropics/Stims/Antioxidants. Major different being, Shock doesn't contain the daily dosage of creatine...that is where Storm comes in and recommended to stack with Shock.

Another difference is that Pump is known for it's constant, steady, fluid energy, whereas Shock is more of a "kick in the ass" type of energy. I have experience in both and can attest to this claim. Pump is more of "calm" energy and Shock is a jolt.

If you workout and night and want a PREWorkout product with stims, then best bang for your $$ would be Shock Therapy.
If you choose to work out once in a day and/or use a PREworkout supplement for only the morning then, i would try for Pump as that way you don't have to invest into 2 powders and much more convenient, pills in a pack.

If you have any more questions or want some more feedback, w/e...feel free to PM me..

best of luck..

Strong bump... But a question I get practically every single day, so... As a reminder, samples of both are available, on a rotating basis.

I have used both products and I personally like Shock Therapy better. I need the 'kick in the ass' feeling. I get to the gym around 745pm, so I need something that's gonna send some shock waves through my body before a legit workout. Pump and Shock Therapy are the 2 best pre-workout supplements on the market today IMO; I prefer Shock Therapy.

I can honestly say pump works very well.

I can feel a constant amount of energy that stays throughout my entire workout. It actually makes me want to lift more!

I really like both, but I have to say that Pump is my choice... I like the "KITA jolt" as described, but I stack mine with BetaAla9 and caffeine, so I get the "jolt" anyway...

x2. I take betaAla9 as well. With a lil Tang to get that insulin spike right before the workout.

Just got me some Shock Therapy, never had it or Pump, but am definitely looking foward to seeing how Shock does for me. It should serve me well when I train after a long day of work.

you can't throw rocks at either pump or shock. i alternate between the 2 regularly (run out of pump, get shock, run out of shock, get pump..). both give desired results and, as noted in other posts, get it done in their own way. on a side note, shock seems to have more bang for the buck on it's own, but then i have to get storm to complete my creatine intake. all this isn't really bad as i feel you need to mix up your supps when you can. if i had to choose one, though, it would be pump.
