I'm 22 years old, weight 205 lbs , 6 feet tall.I'm trying to lose weight this is my diet. I lift weights 5 days a week, and do cardio about 45 minutes for 5 days a week.

Meal 1 - 6 egg whites(1 yolk), 1/2 cup oatmeal, banana
meal 2 - same as meal 1
meal 3 - can of tuna, 1 cup of brown rice, 1 cup of broccoli
meal 4 - turkey cold cuts, on two slices wheat bread, 1 cup broccoli
meal 5 - (post workout) 1 scoop of whey protein mixed with 1 cup fat free milk and banana
meal 6 - 6 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal

And usually drink about a gallon of water a day, and take a multivitam and fish oil.

Is this diet good for me to lose weight, should I add or remove anything? thanks ahead

if it were me id
drop the bannana in meal 1...maybe add half grapefruit, and a few more egg whites

meal 2 i might have a shake w/ a good fat source ie nuts or pb

meal 4 id try to get fresh turkey instead of cold cuts(lots of crap in cold cuts) and replace the bread w/ maybe some brown rice or another complex carb

meal 5 id drop the milk...but id keep the fruit for post workout carbs

and your last meal id try to have maybe some lean steak or chicken, with green veggies

either meal 4 or meal six i would have some steak, chicken, or some other type of beef or tilapia, and drop the sliced turkey and have the same beef, chicken, or pork, have a shake right before you go to bed not the eggs.

Thanks should I remove the milk in the protein shakes all the time and use water

Guy know his shit thats 4 sure
