need some input brothers, I'm 6'0 just broke 180 and I'm about 17-18 percent bf.and I'm bulking. Plz rate my diet, now see I'm not allowed to eat in class so that's why meals 2-3 are not as good as the rest but I try.

Btw: uniliver with all meals
Meal1:6 egg beaters 2 whole eggs and either 2 slices of whole wheat bread or a cup of oats
meal2:animal snak and some natty pb
meal3:1-2 grilled chicken breasts 1 turkey sammie on whole wheat, apples and pb
pre w/o:natty pb, shock therapy, storm during
post w/o: torrent
meal4: chicken or steak with some complex carb and veggies
meal5: real gains In milk with 2 liquid eggs and a half shot of olive oil

Wasn't sure if I should put the supps in there but I did, I also take animal pak

can you post the times you usually eat your meals? cause if theres not a huge time difference between meal 3 and when u workout i dont really see why you need to just eat natty PB pre workout...? if theres a huge time gap throw in a protein shake pre workout...natty PB would be optional.

I've said it before and I'll say it again.... You couldn't pay me enough to go back to high school. Kudos dude if you're doing this in high school. I didn't bodybuild when I was in highschool but I could just imagine if I did, how the hell can student bodybuilders get their meals in with how strict the school and teachers are. They expect you to act as adults but they can't treat you like one. Yep, high school really sucks big time.

trade the pre workout peanutbutter in for some carbs, otherwise it looks pretty good for the restrictions you have during the day.

It's pretty bad ass for high school eating man! i dieted for a show my senior year and i had to sneak into the bathroom to eat one of my meals which consisted of a bag of tuna and cold rice, it was gross but it got the job done!

drop the pb pre w/o... also why in the world would you have animal snak at school, it has like 30-35g of sugar, it's made for post w/o not as a meal replacement

ya its hard, its actually kinda funny cuz all the people would be like what are you doing and im just like eating... after a bout a week they got used to it, and the teachers were originally strict as hell but stopped caring as long as i didnt make noise. and ya im gettin started early and taking advantage of my raging test levels, ive already bulked from 150-180 its been like 7-8 months now ive been animal lifting.

ya always wondered why the animal snak had so much sugar, guess ill switch to the proteon, thanks. heres the timing

1-1.5 hours after pre w/o post w/o: torrent

around 6:30-7 meal4: chicken or steak with some complex carb and veggies

9:00- 9:30meal5: real gains In milk with 2 liquid eggs and a half shot of olive oil

was wondering if its okay to eat right before shock, i dont want to barf all over the gym, unless its leg day lol.

I don't get why you have 2 chicken breasts and a turkey sandwich with meal three...i would get like 7-8oz. of meat total and be done with it...not being a dick it just seems like this meal is really high in protein...like more than you would absorb....

why not try chicken on your wheat bread with meal 3 and then pre-workout have another chicken breast with some brown rice? i'm assuming you are home for your pre- workout meal? then i would wait at least 45 min before taking shock and be at the gym like hour and 15-20 min after your meal (that gets your shock therapy about 30 min to kick in as well)

replace you animal snak your Real gains and peanut butter and i think you'll be getting a little better

by the way 20 pounds in 8 months is awesome! good job bro!

How much protein are you getting in a day man???

Also, I'll give you a tip >.> ask your teacher to let you go to the bathroom and take your shaker cup with you (Hidding it behind your leg if possible-ninja skills ^^) and with some practice, throw in some water, and down in about 12 seconds as you walk back, then quickly stuff it in your book bag before any notice comes to your person. If this doesn't work, then got to plan B. Before class, grab your shaker, throw in water, drink it while going to class, when in class, the bell has rung, you have drunken your protein and your set for another 2 or 3 hours.

Also, I'd switch the pb and J for some oats and chicken pre workout gets a better pump

And I want to ask your meal frequency, do you get your food into you every 2 or 3 hours?
if not you could be seriously restricting yourself to some growth potential brother.

thanks for the tips, and ya recently I cut it down to I chicken breast, and the general consensus is that animal snak is out. So I guess real gains is ok, correct me if I'm wrong, I'll be sure to use my ninja skills. Also this thread was started a little while ago so now its summer and I'm eating every 2 hours, before it was as close to 2 as phsically possible. Once again thanks for the tips, and by the way I tried g diesiels pankcakes this morning and they were fuckin awesome

SUMMER TIME!!!! My favorite ment that i could eat the way i wanted...then school would start and screw it all up for me again.....freaking school who needs it lol!!!

in all seriousness i would do you real gains as a second meal or in place of the snak bars...it's easier and you get more cals

dont change the pb for carbs preworkout....eat your carbs after training

ya I figure I better get started now, so by the time I get into college or into the real world hopefully I'll know my body diet and training wise better than most

man if i was you i would bulk for at least 3 years before i even think about cutting. and just get huge
im only 23, and not even that old, but man if i could do it all over again...eatin all that good for that momma would always cook for me and everything else

well I'm a juinor so I'm going to bulk until my first freshmen summer and I'll be fucking huge and ripped, thats my plan, just bulk until then and after that do summer cuts and rest of the year bulks, sounds like a good idea to me but if anyone had better suggestions fire away.
