YES, pak is the foundation supp... your multi, supposed to be taken daily.. and yes mstak can be stacked with pak...

as already stated..yes.
Pak is a multi and M-Stak can be stacked with it.
After the can of M-Stak is done, then you are recommended to take a week off from it and then, if desired, you can start another cycle of it.
PAK is to be taken daily, 24/7 , 365

Take your Animal Pak in the morning with breakfast and your Animal M-Stak 45 minutes prior to training

Wake up: cuts
Breakfast: Pak
Pre- workout: M-Stack
Afternoon: Cuts.
This is how I took the stack I trained about 10 am, so this worked out perfect for me.
