Guys

Last year I tried a competitors AA product and found it definately a beneficial addition to my arsenal...the only negative was that I got a bad case of elbow tendonitis. I can't prove it 100% but after some additional research it appears that the AA supp could have had a major impact on this happening. Now to the question...I have been reading the results on Test and have really been thinking about giving it a run and following it up with Mstak...Does anyone know if AA can increase the possibility of tendonitis coming back or am I just being a big puss and over analyzing this supp?

Thanks for the feedback brothers.

well, from what I know AA increases muscle inflammation, but at the same time it could also increase any other inflammation, including joints injuries for instance... do you use animal flex?

I highly doubt the AA caused it, if you had a pre-existing injury the AA could have aggravated it.

Flex - yes have used it since prior to the tendonitis...but I don't beleive that flex would prevent this as this is a tendon issue more than it is a joint issue.

previous injury - NatGuy, I understand your point but I don't recall have any situations with my elbow prior to taking this supp...now was it there and I just didn't notice it at that point, possibly.

All I know is that I don't wish to go through that crap again as it hampered damn near everything that i did, in the gym and out.

What's interesting is that AA actually has been shown to decrease Interleukin-6 (IL-6), a primary regulator and marker of inflammation in the body. If needed, you can run Animal Flex (1 pack per day) with Test if you are concerned about that side effect. I wouldn't suggest using any aspirin or other direct COX-2 inhibitor while on Test though, as it would interfere with AAs benefits.

That is funny, I am having the exact same sore elbow, and I never had a previous injury before. Interesting!

Your elbow are un-stable, go see a specialiste.
