I just ordered PAK , STAK and CUTS

I wake up at 4:30 am and start lifting at 5:15. I usually drink a protein shake on the way to the gym then one right after. I can skip the pre-workout shake in order to have an empty stomach but is that more important than getting some protein intake after 8 hours of sleep?

How would you suggest taking these 3 ? Is Cuts or STAK more important than the other to take before lifting? Do I need to take PAK first thing in the morning or can I take it at night before bed? or Should I just take all 3 in the morning?

With that schedule, I'd suggest Cuts immediately upon waking and another prior to your lunch meal. Stak with your shake on the way to the gym. Pak can be taken with any of your whole food meals.

This this I'd consider taking Pak with lunch. Really though, Pak can be taken with any meal.

Also, you can experiment with the timing and fine tune it based on your experience.

So 30mins between CUTs and Stak should do it?

Do I need to take 2 packs of CUTS each day.
Can I just take 1 or is that going to be a waste of money?

Looks like you are well taken care of here.

My only add would be about Paks at dinner. I would worry it would not be condusive to your sleep that night. Sometimes I get a good bit of energy from the B vitamins etc.

I was kinda thinking that too ..between 2 CUTS and 1 PAK ..it seemed like a lot

That is why I was wondering if I could just take CUTS in the AM and then a PAK at lunch and skip the 2nd CUTS

That is why I was wondering if I could just take CUTS in the AM and then a PAK at lunch and skip the 2nd CUTSNo, take the Cuts as directed. Pak has no direct stimulants but just the vitamins themselves can affect some people. Just take Pak with your lunch, or post workout whole food meal.

Sounds like a plan, P. Be sure to pay attention to that PWO shake and get some carbs along with the protein.

I was eating some fruit along with my Post WO shake ...I am thinking of getting some Torrent to replace both of those.

I have pretty much the same issue. I am starting the following stack: Pump, Omega, Nitro, and pak. I will be taking pak and omega with meals but my training will be switched to 430 am. should I go workout with only pump pre around 400 am or take a protein shake at 400 am and pump at 415 am?? How long after a protein shake should I take pump. I really wouldn't like going to the gym on a empty stomach. Any help will be appreciated...

Torrent offers ya a great formula and super convenience. That said, it's not an absolute must. Just be sure to get some quality cals as in it appears it's the first real meal you're getting.

I get up around 4:20 - 4:40 ...I get to the gym at about 5:15 and start then.

I am at the office at about 7:00 and sit on my ass until 4pm. Get home at 5pm ..do stuff around the house and with the kids until 8:30 ...hit the sack and do it all over again the next day.

Early AM workouts are really the only time I can fit into my schedule.

I'd experiment. In other words, take that protein shake at 4.00am and then the Pump at 4.15am one day. On another day, take only Pump. Truth is, many of us take Pump when our stomachs are not fully "empty". It's hard when you're literally eating around the clock.

Very true. I think I have taken Pump with food because I had to more times than I have taken it ona fully empty stomach. Never seemed to hinder my results.

No problem bro. What I do (though I don't train at that hour) is sip on EAA Nitro (when it was Nitro G). That way, I'm getting some aminos + CHO pre, intra and post. It's light and it never got in the way when I was running Pump.

I'll take nitro first, then pump 15 mins later one day, then protien first, pump second another day and see how it works.....thanks..
