I'm just recently getting into the bodybuilding/muscle building workouts. for a while i was all about total body workouts and cardio to lose weight and i successfully lost about 25-30 pounds.. i once weighed 195 and now im down to about 165-170. I have some pretty good definition, you can almost barely see a sixpack pushin through the chub.. but my goals for right now is to put on another 15 pounds of muscle and to add 4 inches to my biceps which are now a wopping 14 1/2 inches in circumference... i know theres no major secrets to building mass but if anyones got some ideas to throw at me thatd be great.. also are there any type of supplements you'd suggest? nothing specific because i know that you cant talk about other compants products on this forum. thanks.

read the articles on the home page under TRAINING, DIET, LIVIN'.
they have amazing articles in there. you'll learn what you need to.
stay basic. eat lots of good foods, train smart and bust your ass. basic compound lifts, train each muscle one time a week and sleep alot. supplements i would reccomend are pak, m-stak and whey and probably a creatine mono. try pump too.

Well bro it will take hard work and dedication. I added and inch and 1/4 to my bi's but it took me damn near 8 months to do it. your biggest thing for mass is going to be your dieting. read up on the diet section of the forum to get some good dieting tips. if you want to gain u are gonna have to eat like a mad man. then comes in your training. lift as heavy as you can. again read up on the training section and you will pretty much find the routines that build mass the best. there is not one straight answer there are many. you are gonna have to fine tune a lot of routines and diets that will fit you and your body so you can grow. good luck bro.

be patient because putting 4 INCHES on your biceps is going to take a loooooooong time. eat your ass off and then 2 hours later continue eating and repeat that 6-7 times a day, train like your life depended on it and try and get 9 hours sleep every night. now maybe all of this isnt realistic due to your schedule but do the best you can. if you want extraordinary results you need to take extraordinary measure to reach those goals.

x2. You gotta force yourself to eat. I gained 85 pounds in 2 years, but you have no idea how many protein shakes I chugged, meals I choked down and hours I forced myself to sleep. It's not easy, but I am living proof that it can be done. Supplement wise, stick with the Pak, Nitro, Omega and probably Real Gains. Real Gains is my gainer of choice during a bulk, considering it has the calories I need to grow, low fat and low sugar. It's got a ton of complex carbs and lots of protein. In short, it's nutritional profile can't be beat. Train hard.

I read somewhere once that you have to put on 10lbs of muscle to gain an inch in your arms. I think it was in M&F.
Just a thought.
