when i took pump. later that night my hands were so itchy i could not sleep. i dont know if this has happened to anyone else but it scared the F out of me

what was your diet like for the day?
how much water did you drink?
try drinking lots and lots of water and seeing if it happens again.

ya im thinking you ate something or touched something your allergic to other than pump, so think back to everything you ate yesterday, anything different?

I have never heard of this happening. Itchy hands is something Pump def. does not do. It had to be something else you took.
i can't recall but does Pump have niacin in it? i know a two people are ultra sensitive to that and can get a little red and itch but that is with extremely high doses...i'm sure pump doesn't have alot in it if it does.
He's either allergic to something in Pump or it has nothing to do with the Pump at all. If you continue to take it and keep getting itchy hands, or tightness in your chest and throat, stop using it - it means you're allergic. Otherwise, wash your hands often.

for me, when i take Pump, or any NO product in general, my entire body will start to itch. i dont know if it's just the skin stretching from the muscle underneath or what but my entire body will itch like crazy for about an hour. maybe i dont drink enough water??>> i can live with the itch for a good Pump either way.
