We have an ABC chapter there that held their first event on May 17th at:

I wonder why it is in other countries the plates are always multicolored. I've never seen anything but black stateside.

You all guys have no idea how big is a group of people who are keen on bodybuilding and " animal lifestyle" in Poland. It's easy to notice during events , competition etc..Black is everywhere;)!Just take a look at number of polish forum members. More than 8 thousand! We rock!

Its a coding for weight. Red is 25kg, yellow is 15 etc etc.

it was a great experience, teddy from fitness authority set up a great tour that had us visiting many old school parts of poland.

we meet so many good hearted people that welcomed us with open arms everywhere we went.

we visited the fitness authority and MD head quaters where they put the website together...great facility.

they do not have what we have here in the states as far as top notch gyms, but i would not complain if i had to train in any of the gyms that we had a chance to train in.....i'm talkin OLD SCHOOL.

the food was amazing too , i'm telling everyone about how great it was....the beef Tar Tar was the best. i hope to get asked to back next year.
