there ok, i find them weird though, i unno why but it feels like im doing an extension at times. your arch will suck shit, uncomfortable on the back of your head to.

its a good exercise but not a favorite exercise at all

i look the some "buffness" but im lighter and stronger. i am pissed though.


I AM DROPPING HOURS AT WORK. Im goin from like 40 hours a week to 22.

i am eating like never before. ALL fuckin foods. never sayin no to offered food. this is mentaly fuckin up with me. i know i dont look smaller but watchin the scale drop by 8 pounds made me feel like shit. i cant fuckin believe it still.

TIME TO CHANGE. my diet today...

6 tacos with alot of cheese plus a protien shake

1 cup oats, 1 cup milk, 2/3s cup of blueberries

double chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese from burger king (for free)

2 chicken legs

ive been awake for 8 hours. ive also got another meal commin up right now and ive been eating chips between all of those meals.

i dont really have a fast metabolism, i got a mesomorph metabolism but i unno whats been goin in these past weeks. i slacked off on the food on and off for a while and now i can finally get back on track for good. droppin hours at work for it

next up, my oatmeal meal....600 calorie oatmeal and like 1.5 hours after meal 1.

alot of cheese sandwichs today at work.

i got my gainer shake again.

calories shall be commin in once again, totaled 5700 last night.

i use braino-tech for my memory.....and rub fishoil on my head before bed to increase blood flow to the brain so i can count all my calories.

It happens sometimes bro, don't worry, as long as you are getting stronger you have nothing to worry about. Always remember strength is a way to gauge progress, and weight will go up and down. Just keep eating big and training hard all will be well.

my friend told me my arms look bigger just now so i unno. my responce was " no man i really doubt it"

mentaly it fucks with me...but im up in weight again. its my fault and i need to fix it. tacos for breakfast is the key. and i got some more MJ, add that in and im flyin in calories.

i feel 100% today! legs a bit tender when i lex them but i recover fast these days, add in the fact that i did low reps and my nutrition surrounding the workout, makes sence i aint sore.

last nights GPP workout

MMA grappling

4 rounds, i lost the first 3 and tied the last one cause we had to stop lol!
i couldnt do any strikes/slams. especialy slams. it might have been different cause i was able to standup up with my opponent on various parts of my body and i coulda slammed him down hard...but we where fighting on a 4x6 .5 inch thick weak ass mat and then just ground beside us. logicaly i wasnt gonna slam him. its fun stuff.i had 0 martial arts experience but he does. i however was 30 poundsh eavier and alot stronger. it deffinatly came into play.

i like this stufff, deffinatly gonna do this again.

- i "john cena'd" out of a bad spot... i was on my stomach, he was ontop of me, i did a pushup with him on my back, broke his arm grip around my throat useing my arms and stodd up with him on my back....unfortunatly didnt followe threw with an FU lol!

-i got ontop of him for 2 seconds.....soo fast lol

-the last match, i wanted to quit in this hold i was in, it was getting sooo hot around my face and i was trapped but i managed again to standup up with him all over my body and coulda ended with a big fuckin slam....but i couldnt do that to him

today is the day your savior (bare with me) enters the dark throne (power rack) and slays the beast none as G.M.

G.M. has grown since the last encounter, tonight in the epic battle it will tip the scales in at 375 pounds, all of them wanting to crush poor ol me (age=18)

and its cousin, the hang clean slashed my traps open and left them aflame this sun rise.

hopefully, my good ali (35 min. walk in canadian winter) will set the flame to rest. or our companian named ICY HOT.

i will have to go into my thrown (basement) and take out of retirement my old sword (school chalk sticks). i will slay the beast with my sword, grab onto the wounded behemoth, burry it in the hole and rise to glory

i will be doing defrancos westside for not so skinny bastards.

basically, my week looks like this

monday= ME LOWER
wednesday=ME UPPER
friday= DE lower
sunday= RE upper


i will throw in some maxing out though but the reps are abit higher on ME shit, besides, im doing RE on the bench anyways till im healed. this routine is better for mass gains then the normal westside one and thats more my goal now. im bulkin to 210ish, then going back onto the original westside template.

lacrosse ball "foam roller" work

total body ice bath for probably 30 mins Brock Lesnar style!


my cals look sick today too, im at 3500 once i finish the sub, probably more if i down a whey shake at work before leaving. then i got atleast 1-2 meals and a shake or 2 left.

sumos im growin attached to, but im way better conv.

my speed was top speed on 315, then some sets near the end they slowed down as fatigue settled in but one of them near the ned after perfect set up exploded up.

im gettin some bands soon and will be pulling with them. no squats though. and my first presses that are semi have will be reverse band presses to help my chest heal.

and ill be addin them to the pressdowns cause i max the pulley out lol

i forgot im a good deadlifter though and its good enough to use some light bands on DE pulling.

the squat, ill add another 100+ to it RAW and then ill only use bands in gear

for the bench im useing the reverse band method for pec rehab from dave tate.

its even worse, the gym recently shined the barbell. like a polishy thing on the newer ones, due to resolution fever, i couldnt switch bars so i was stuck with a a greasy, 0 knurling barbell. i thought it wouldnt make much of a difference, it did by a shitload.

i did all my 315's, later 295's and 405 conv, my warm ups to 365 and my hey maker was sumo stance. i like my conv way better. good is that im rehabd on sumos now too!

first i do a handstand, use the momentum of returning on my feet, grab the bar and explode makeing sure everything is super tight cause its obviosly risky but unique.

not realy haha, did a move liek that in the ring though

i pull conv like this, my hands end up right 1 inch out of my legs, i get under the bar alot, i dip down fast and pull with my shoulder blades first and what happens happens. if it moves offf the floor, ill look it out all the time
