im feeling like utter shit right now. mentaly, not body wise. i need to let it out on the weights.
rack deads, attempting 545 even though i managed to fuck up eating the past 2 days like a fucking moron.
after my rack deads, im just gonna do alot of forearm work. my hamstrings have been beat up hard for a bit now and need a break. ice bath soon.
im also gonna do some squat flexibility work aswell. short and sweet day

new car, drving Down town, 1 way street, but we turn on the wrong way, needless to say, we had cars comming at us from both directions cause we tried turning on another 1 way street lol, backed it up super fast and crashed into a fixed object.
fucked up the back of the car. we where all ok and should have been hit by a lot of cars. had to get the car took care of, we all got home at around 1 am.
to think i was suppose to be in the gym, instead i have 20 cars commin at me from the front,another 20 from the right and we are in the middle.
i wasnt driving, make that clear LOOL!
so last nights plans will be used on next sundays workout, ill do some arm work after bench rehab day to make up for it.

im back baby! im feelin better, tha past few days of been like an emotional rollercoaster in DANOland but its all smoothed out for now. food is better and training is precise.
i have also felt what 6 pounds under the new record will feel like in my hands. i can taste this.
bands are gonna be on there way, gonna be throwin them into my deadlift training. this should help my lockout weak spot i hope!
to close my rack dead rotation, i am retrying 545, and i will fuckin nail it this time! up next will be platform deads, followe by a deload of speed deads for 1 week, then hopefully by then, expect some band deads!
551lbs will fall.

tomorow i begin 5x5 on the db press for bench rehab, im starting with the 75's
650 it is then, wonder if ill pull it off in the 198s though? thatd be cool hahah..and raw

my traps upper back area are terribly sore lol, like the hit by a truck sore hahaha
the right arm is much better, it was botherin me last night. some tightness in the brachialis is all i guess.
grocerys tonight, small order of just red meat like steaks. addin them, boored of chicken.
my days are finaly lookin better again, happyness seems to be finding me.
AND FINALY, my place is finaly on the go! CWA will re-open july 1st 2009, im suppose to debut on that show but im gonna push it back if i can. i wanna be around 210 by my debut and get my arms up to par with the rest of my body first.

20lbs to go, hopefully most of in my upper body. my lower body - the claves is solid. my upper body has a bunch of weak points and over shadownin parts.
the match should be good, my debut of at the moment is against a 6 foot 8 330lber. its gonna be a john cena vs big show kinda match.
they also wanna put me against the tall but skinny high flyers, i build up to face the best "cruiserweight" wrestler, beat him with power of speed and then refuse to take the belt, then its onto the heavyweight division for me.
ill post my wrestling promos and matches here for all to see

tiny box squat for a max triple. gonna take 320 out for a ride, yes, 5lbs heavyer then what i did last week with a smaller box, but i killed 315 last week and coulda took 345 out im pretty sure if my hamms wehre 100% and i didnt over tax my "warm ups"
then anderson squats, BIG PROGRESS NEEDED HERE. this exercise is gonna play a crucial role when i face tomisino (6 foot 8, 330lbs) in my debut match. considering its angled showing height doesnt equal strength. im gonna need to carry this massive man on my back for some moves. ill link some of my moves i will have to perform.
so the anderson squat, build up to a 1 rep max on the next lowest pin, i think im on pin 8 or 7 this week, gettin hard!
FRONT SKWATS! 3 sets, workin on my form and then 2 sets where ill try to move some real weight. im learning the clean grip well.
human step ups, useing my training partner, i will do stepups with him on my back (wrestling carry over)

im not really gettin into boxing at all, just now im practising punching. its a good skill to have and somethin i find fun
Here is why you keep getting hurt: Your training method sucks and you wont stick to one thing for long enough to make any verifiable progress. If you dont learn how to train properly you will continue to get injured and will never be able to make any progress. You missed a weight 3 times...you should have been done. You got hurt because you were being stubborn and ignoring your body and what it was telling you.
If you dont make a change, you will continue to watch from the sidelines as others pass you. Being cocky and wanting to hit big numbers is fine, but if you are continually hurt, something is wrong with your training methods. Plain and simple.
Hope the injury is not too bad, but you gotta change your methods or you will never reach any goals you set for yourself because you will always be hurt.

Youre obviously doing something wrong. It seems like you have something new injured every week. Maybe your body just cant handle the volume youre doing. Maybe you should try something like Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 and follow it EXACTLY as written (and I mean EXACTLY, dont add anything to it or take anything away from it). It is designed for people to be healthy and make continual progress.

i never said you where being a jerk, if you where being one you'd hear from me about it but im agreeing with you. there is an underlying problem i cant find and im gettin kinda desprete at this point with a combination of fed up. i was apparently on a way to a "world" record in the CPA 18-19 year old 198lb class for the deadlift and bam, that got ruined. and this time, it was due to me saying fuck u to my body and going against it.
my hamstring feels better today, felt like shit in the morning but im walkin it out and its progressing good.
i think i have come up with something. after lookin back at my previous injurys theres a common factor. it happens everytime i dont walk to the gym. i do not warm up enough. im not getting enough blood flow to the working muscles b4 i put them too work. maybe im on to something, probably not buy i gotta try.
another thing may be my lack of flexibility. i should improve there too.
maybe its in the diet. up the protien and see how it goes

so ive decided. when my hamstring is healed up like it should be in about a week. i will make my decision. ive done a good amount of checking and thinking. and im gonna do what i have to do, not neccasarily what i want to do.
theres a very good chance i leave powerlifting when i come back. every single one of my injuries has been during this span (my fault). it hurts me to think about leaveing but im gonna do what is best for me. not everyone is cut out to be strong and lifting in such low rep ranges, maybe my body just can not take it right now. maybe i will have better luck in tryin to get big. ive met some really cool people in this scene who have helped alot and im gonna miss it. i have alot of respect for what you guys are able to do and im always gonna enjoy seeing a new PR.
at this time in my life, wrestling is more important then lifting a weight infront of people and winning a contest. if im gettin hurt powerlifting, its gonna effect my future plans to wrestle for the WWE. which i simply can not allow.
IM NOT LEAVEING FOR EVER. let me make that clear. i dont think i ever could. i love this too much. i fuckin love the training. the feeling of ripping 495lbs off the floor was something ive never exeprienced in my life. but i do think one of my issues is not being big enough. i want to be alot bigger. and for wrestling, its all about looks. i think once i add on more muscle mass, the frequent injurys will drop. considering the one in my ham was an act of stupidity, i will turn an eye to it for now, but the pectoral injurys and forearm ones, all my weak muscle mass areas.
i have a these choices after seeing what i need and where i am failing.

5x5 program
BB split program (lord help me)
im leaning towards the 5x5. very basic, not overly heavy yet still good for strength. known as a good weight gainer too. the trick will be no sloppy form.

Yes, squat and deadlift on the same day...
Here's how your heavy day should look:
-Squat
-Deadlift (rotate between rack pulls of different heights)
-Back Hypers
-Rows or pull ups
-Ab Work
GM weeks will look as follows:
-GMs
-Rows or Pull Ups
-Heavy Shrugs
-Ab Work
Then, you can do a "DE" like squat/deadlift day:
-Box squats 1 inch below parallel: 6-8 doubles... For you i would wave: 185, 205, 225, 185
-Deficit pulls... the closer the bar is to your shoe laces, the better... For this, just do 225 for 6 singles... If it gets easier, then shorten your rest periods up... DON'T ADD MORE WEIGHT... If you can get to the point your only taking 15-20sec rest periods and your speed is the same on all sets, then add weight as necessary. The same principle applies to your box squats. Use this day to focus on increasing the density of your workload.
-Back Hypers or Ham Curls
-Rows or pull up... Which ever one you didn't do on Heavy day
-Ab Work
-Light trap work(optional)

my lat work is done on wednesday though, i do it after my "bench"ing, and its responding veryyyy fucking good this way. 1 time a week vs when i did it 2 times a week on WSB. my chins went from 8 reps to 20 reps in 1 month (4 workouts) and i went from no weight to 90x3 no floor touching obviously. only thing thats different for me cause thats how my back responds.
after squats, the deadlift variant, is it also trained 5x5/3x5 style?

ive been doing the strict press for way to long, this 5x5 cycle will consist of my old fav, the push press..with moderate jerking alowed....yes..jerking...
push press 5x5, curiouse to see where my push press is after bringin my strict press up alot
kettle bell side laterals, why a kettle bell? never did them before, see how the female comforters (shoudlers) respond
behind the neck barbell tricep extensions (very good exercise and i reccomend givin it a go)
heavy form of an implement curl. ill find an akward object like a 100lb plate or maybe a box and add weight, we will find somethin
max effort move plus 3 supplemental exercises. keep it easy

its one of my ideas but works tremendously well for in the ring "spot saver" moments. i can save a move gone wrong with these kinda drills and it will give u one hell of a good pump if you perform this moves under constant tension. i like it very much

basicaly means i will eat desserts and shit again. all im payin attention to is bad fats and cholesterol...and lower sodium when ever i can.
gonna buy more foods today

so i was boored as fuck today at home.
i emptyed out this football structure that use to carry toys. i have now created a football shaped Atlas stone! (shut up)
threw in 2 40lb sandbags and an 10lb weight. tried just stone carrying it, incredibly difficult with my hamstring but i found away. i like it
i also threw a log around for a while from my tree that was cut down. the log was probably a foot thick and 3 feet long. bout 50-90 pounds id say.
i pressed it, threw it, shouldered it, bunch a shit. cut me open quite a bit. fun times

so its gettin very crazy, ive gained my "drive" back and passion for this life after growin lazy for 6+ months. this past week, i dunno what happend but i feel the new muscle waiting to grow!
plan:
pre make 3 shakes in water bottles for work (or have em at home if im off) consistin of; 1 cup milk,1 cup oatmeal, 1 scoop whey, 3 spoons peanut butter = 1000 cals per.
start preppin for food at the 2 hour mark.
eat more sirlion steaks
eat more chicken breast
for breakfast, have the gainer shake WITH a small meal like a sandwich
get some clean cold cuts, sandwichs are the new favorite snack.
goal is 3 whole meals, 3 "whole food" shakes, a normal gainer, 2 snack meals per day. thats 9.
jack up my pre bed meal, its been weak sauce recently i noticed
weigh myself every fuckin day.
go back on creatine. yep i have returned so some supplement use. 20 grams first week, then 10 grams per day.
WATER. realised ive been slackin here. every 30 mins, drink a cup. easy shit.

went to the docs. he told me my heart seemed fine, no worrys for me.
and now i think i finaly found what it may be, its called myofascial pain caused be the thoracic outlet syndrome.
basicaly, there are vegns goin threw my top 2 ribs and scalene muscles, they get pinched due to a cause or what not and cause me to feel numbness slightly and those random lil "pains"

100 grams waxy maise, 50 whey and 50ml oil in 1 cup milk = 1100 cals
250 grams chicken breast, peanut butter jelly sandwich = 1100 cals
100 gram waxy maise, 50 whey, 60 grams sucrose (post workout) = 800 cals
300 gram steak, turkey sandwich, cup of milk = 1000 cals

if i dont grow, i add another meal.
im experimenting here with the shake/meal approach. should do me good and save me money. these are all easy to prep and eat for me which is key. i am also experimenting with alot of waxy maise use. waxy maise has grown in my eyes. i have some now and it does work. im very supplement picky. it passes. im also gonna be running creatine again for the first time in over a year.

so i find myself with a solid eating plan, alone on UFC night. i have a billion poepole askin me to do something, blew ppl off for this 1 girl, avoided friends and now i find myself here alone this saturday night. she cant leave her house cuz ppl are commin over and her parents wont allow her to go out due to that reason.
