since the summer of grade 7, goin on 8. i started right before i turned 14 years old. i was 115 pounds. heaviest ive been is 198lbs, now im 190.

so i got 5 years under my belt, probably 2 of those years with so so eating. last year was when i started power training

cool, looks like you have been putting in some work for quite some time then.. i really wish i started training alot earlier.. no point thinking what could have been sorta thing tho.. gotta bust ass and make it happen NOW!

and as for starting really power training about a year ago... looks like you got a good future ahead man! many more years of good progression to come to add to some already impressive numbers!

the 225 press we have already agreed would possibly be one of the coolest lifts ever to achieve haha...

and they all seem very very reachable! a 600 deadlift would be AWESOME.. 'be pleased with what you have achieved but NEVER satisfied!'.. seems appropriate, dont know who said it but go after those goals Pro!!!

i talked with my wrestling coach, and he gave me the green light....

im going to do my first meet sometime after next summer! yay!

after im worked like a mule with 20 shows in the summer of 2010, i get a break and can do a PL meet. so now im training for that. stayin injury free will be key, i think ive learned how to do this with smart training.

i got a new max test week in about 8 weeks. see what my presumed new maxes will be.

my goal for my meet in a years time are....

RAW (iron man probably)
squat 455+
bench 315+
deadlift 600

i see these as all attainable, bench should be easy, squat too, the deadlift, i need an extra 100 lbs but knowin me, ill be able to do it. the deadlift is my lift. im also DLin pain free ATM and im still workin with a physio guy. i will be forever now. atleast once a month to make sure im fine.

i got a new fire for this after watchin power unlimited. i love gettin stronger, its like crack!

meal 2 = chicken breast tortilla, 1 cup oats and 4 spoons chocolate syrup

i low balled my meet goals abit. dont wanna get too greedy. i can see the DL commin along very well for my once my physio is over with. my benchin has felt easy ass all hell aswell

no worries about the elbow, its like 95% at the moment. just inflamed before from extensions i guess. i learned my body hates barbell isolation tricep lifts.
