i know i wanna hit up some bicep work today but everything else is a blur. for sure some side delt and probably light/speed clean and jerks.

not decided what to do for my pecs though.......

I dont even use 1 plate, if you get the form right you will definately feel it a lot more. the object is to pull the bar back up primarily with ur torso, turning it to bring bar back up to the top. but if you get the form right and it doesnt work for you, then by all means continue with the weighted situp. to me, i just i think u gotta get the technique down

yeea thats perfect, when i first started doing them i put a 10 on and did like 20-30 reps for each side, then slowly added 5lbs each time, now i just start off with a 25 on it for 10-15, then increase the weight 5-10 pounds every set.

at my age, OTC test boosters would do nothing. its either using my bodies mildly elevated levels naturlay or pharmacuetical drugs. things like tribulus and so on wont do dick for me.

i dont fluctuate in weight much anymore, its a solid 190lbs now! wooow!

so i gained.......7 pounds since commin back to upper body work.

Resist the urge to use leg drive on those presses though man, I know it's hard but trust me it will pay off in the end. 135 is still damn good whether you realize it or not, most people never even make it to that with them. 95% of the people I'd see in the gym would be using 25s or 35s on the bar, very few would actually have the big 45s on them. 135 in my opinion, is the first major milestone one can make with them.

i did for the meet, then gained it back since it was like a crash diet... now im pretty much stuck so once my foot completely heals im gonna up cardio...

basically, my training is strength, so i got that in check, im just gonna try paying more attention to weight gain then weight lifted. even though both go up for me at the same time.

so i was not reaally feelin it, not soo far off in lala land but not 100%. i soon changed!
i cranked it up a notch with self motivation and slapping myself and that worked.
with the 365, i held in as much air as i could and ba BAM! i got 2 somewhat easy reps with my old P.R.
the 385 was mentaly tuff. it took me like a good 10mins to do. i chalked up 3 times. i was nervous, not of the weight but of failure. that fear fueled me. i felt adrenaline through my thighs.
i finally got my ass under the bar, unracked it, it felt heavy but i said "RAAAAAR!!!"
I got it up with decent speed! im happy.
next week, im goin for the 4 plate,405lb milestone.

my diet is really pickin up too. im finding im using alot of home made gainer shakes and they work!

just blend your whey with peanut butter and a banana and i can get an easy 700 cals without even milk!

so i fuckin nailed both pr's on the head tonight! i got the 405 with a decent effort,no spot,100% raw meaning not even a belt. it was hard but i didnt stop at any part of the lift.
and i did 1 extra rep with the 315lbs. just to prove a point to myself. that set was done with out much pause between reps. i might have got 12 but my form went bad on rep 11.

so i fuckin did it. im super happy how i ended this rotation of box squats. so in 2 cycles, i went from maxing with 315 at most to 405 and using my old max for 11 reps. im happy and i am lookin forward to what the future has for me.
