Hey guys, this is the first thread I have started here and wanted your opinion/help on this!

I am 25, weigh 178 at 5 feet 11 inches

I am looking to gain lean muscle mass (ideally 10-15 lbs). My diet sucked and I am starting to get that in check and really work on that aspect of my training.

help me determine what I need and what I don't need of the following items. I would like to try to cycle Stak and M Stak at the same time and see what that can do for me.

currently take;
Pak
Flex
Pump
Nitro
real gains
uni liver
generic EFA
torrent

thinking of adding;
omega (like to add to eliminate having to take 2-3 times daily!)
stak
m stak
EAA Nitro

I guess the real questions center around the use of Nitro/EAA Nitro with Torrent and the timing of those supplements as far as post workout is concerned. If I add EAA Nitro (and NOT use Nitro) how do I do that for best results?

Any input is GREATLY appreciated and hopefully I can start posting on the forvm more often! Also once I start Stak/M Stak (if I decide 100% to go down that road) I am thinking of creating a log on the Forvm to track results, etc.

If your going to use stack, take it 45 mins before you workout. Then take M-Stack either mid morning or mid afternoon, depending on when you train. Take EAA Nitro while you train, then take your torrent after your workout, say 30-40mins after. Try that and see how it goes.

I agree with ^^^. This is the way to go if you plan on using EAA Nitro and not Animal Nitro.

If you were to use Animal Nitro, then all would stay the same, except you could either take Animal Nitro in the middle of your workout or take it immediately POST (either with your Torrent or Torrent 20-30 minutes later.)

I also think that adding Stak and M-Stak would benefit you greatly..and as you said, be sure to keep your diet IN CHECK!..

Here ya go bro Im gonna lay it out how I would do it:

Animal Pak- 1 pack with breakfast
Animal Flex- 1 pack before bed
Animal Pump- 1 pack 30 minutes prior to training
Animal Nitro- 2 packs immediatley after training
Animal Omega- 2 packs a day with meals
Animal Stak- 1 pack 30 minutes before you train
Animal Test- 1 pack with the meal prior to training
Uni-Liver- 4 tablets with every meal
Torrent- 30 minutes after you take your Animal Nitro
I would not take the Real Gains but substitute it with Ultra Iso Whey

If this stack doesnt make you grow then fuck idk wat to tell you. Log this and keep us posted on how it is working for you.
