7 egg whites + 1 large egg
salsa
1 cup oatmeal (before cooking) or toast/pancakes
apple
(700 calories/50 grams protein)

Train

11:00
2 scoops whey
10 oz milk
(300 calories/40 grams protein)

12:30
8 oz ground beef
large sweet potato
10 oz milk
(800 calories/60 grams protein)

3:30
protein bar (220 calories/22g protein)

6:30
Large salad + dressing
10 oz fish/chicken/8oz beef
pasta/rice
10 oz skim milk
(950 calories/60 grams protein)

10:00
1 scoop egg and milk protein
1 tbsp PB
8 oz skim milk
8 oz skim yogurt
(360 calories/44 g protein)

~3200 calories, 260 grams protein

I weigh 204 lbs, and have ~9% bf.

If its a bulk diet, I would replace the egg whites with whole eggs, and 2% or whole milk instead of skim milk. The fats in the yolk and milk are important for testosterone production. Also I believe there are 10g of protein in one cup of oats, but those are incomplete proteins so I normally don't count that. You may want a glass of milk with breakfast as well.
Also you can add a peanut butter banana sandwich with the protein bar.

Looks good to me, I don`t like too much fat so looks fine IMO, the only thing I`d change or add to is the 3.30pm meal.

I like it, it's a start... when you plateau increase cals slightly
