Ingredients
Lean steak, I use top round thinly sliced.
Green beans
Macademnia nut oil
Garlic(chopped)
Onion(chopped)
Tumeric
Black Pepper
Sea Salt
Spicy Brown mustard
I start off by cooking the garlic and onion lightly in the pan until theyre golden and ready
Then I season my steak with the onion/garlic mixture, tumeric, and black pepper. I coat the steak in it big time.
Cook the steak for about 1-2 minutes on the foreman.
When done put on plate and let sit, do not touch for a minute or two so the juices get all nice. Season with sea salt now. Then I add a bit of spicy brown mustard and a tablespoon of macademnia nut oil(coating the steak) and serve with vegies. I use green beans.
