So June i start working at intel. This consists of 12 hour shifts with two 1 hour breaks. The shift is 7am-7pm. The break schedual works 11/3, 12/4, 1/5... i usually try to take the early break, because im starving. So here goes:

5:30am - Protein Shake, 4 egg omlet w/ cheese (Pak)

6:30 - ? (need something quick to eat, since i have to be in the fab at 6:45)

9:00 - ? (have a 10-15 minute "bathroom" break)

11:00 - Chicken/Turkey Wrap w/ cheese, ? (used to get fries, but want something more healthy)

3:00 - Real Gains w/ 2cups milk, banana, apple (Flex)

7:00 - Protein Shake

7:30 - Pump

8:00 - Lift, EAA Nitro

9:15ish - Torrent

10:00 - 8oz Steak, Baked Potato

I know this looks like shit, i cant really think of what i used to eat last summer. I work thursday, friday, saturday... and this diet plan is only for thursday and friday... because i don't lift on saturdays, so i can eat more. Maybe 2 real gains shakes? I know i need more carbs in this... i havent broken down the ratios yet, this is just a rough draft. Thanks.

what do you weigh? you def need more carbs... add them in your first meals for start

oats, rice, potatoes, they're all good... for those quick breaks you could also rely on protein bars like proteon for instance
