Hey guys, I just started Pump to stack with my Pak, and about 45 minutes after I work out I start getting severe stomach pain and cramps. However, I also started drinking about a gallon of water a day, while I used to take in only about a tenth of that a day. I'm going to do some testing and see what one it is for sure by not taking pump for a day with a gallon of water, and taking it with not so much water. What do you guys think it is? I am really hoping it isnt my new pump!
