My workout plan is to do two workouts a day, splitting my body parts up more so I can work them more intensely. In the morning at 6:00am I would do back and at night around 6:00pm chest. Then the next day quads and at night hams and calves and finally the third day I do shoulders in the morning and at night arms. I will also throw abs in there on a few days. After that I rest for a day and repeat.

When I wake up at 5:00am I will take 3 NOX3 tabs. Next I will make a shake using 1 scoop Egg Pro Ultra and 2 scoops Carbo Plus (Shake~20g Protein, 40g Carbs). With that shake I also take my Animal Pak. 5:45am I take my Animal Pump or Shock Therapy with some Beta Ala9 and 15 minute later right before I hit the weights I throw down some Animal Nitro. 2 hours later I drink a serving of EAA Stack right before I hit the showers. 8:30am I consume my post workout shake with two scoops of Egg Pro Ultra and may be a scoop of Carbo Plus (Shake~40g Protein, 20g Carbs). First whole-food meal is at 10:00am. 6 Poached eggs, 6 pieces of whole wheat toast, 1 bowl of a whole grain cereal mix, and a can of tuna (Meal 1~ 134g Protein, 78g Carbs, 39g Fats). I will also take 4 Uni-Liver tabs. My next meal is at 1:00pm. 1lb Hamburger meat, 1 baked potato, and broccoli (Meal 2~88g Protein, 79g Carbs, 20g Fats). 4 more Uni-Liver tabs with this meal. Second lunch around 3:00pm. 2 whopping chicken breast, spinach pasta, and 2 slices of whole wheat bread (Meal 3~123g Protein, 68g Crabs, 17g Fats). 4 more Uni-Liver tabs and Animal Omega. 5:00pm I will make a shake using 1 scoop Egg Pro Ultra and 2 scoops Carbo Plus (Shake~20g Protein, 40g Carbs). 5:45pm I take my Animal Pump or Shock Therapy with some Beta Ala9 and 15 minute later right before I hit the weights I throw down some Animal Nitro. 2 hours later I drink a serving of EAA Stack right before I hit the showers. 8:30pm I consume my post workout shake with two Scoops of Egg Pro Ultra and may be a scoop of Carbo Plus (Shake~40g Protein, 20g Carbs). 9:00pm is my last meal. 1lb of hamburger meat or steak, a can of tuna, 1 baked potato and 4 slices of wheat bread. 4 more Uni-Liver tabs and Animal Flex. 9:30 I take ZMA Pro and go to bed before the cycle starts again.

I know the protein intake is high but I don't see a way to get the calories i need unless it is that high. I could up the carbs and lower the protein. Would that be better? I have run my info through many "Daily Needs Calculators" and they all say that I burn around 5,000 calories. What do you think about the supps? Maybe a little much feel free to post which ones to cut out. Thought about doing M-Stak, when should i take that? I know the two workouts sound crazy but its not. Alot of times you'll be in the gym for 2 and 1/2 hours and get hardly anything done because your walking around talking to friends. Spliiting it up like this helps me better focuss on the muscle I am training. Though my shedule shows that i will be in the gym for two hours it will probally be less than that. You also have to add stretching and the minimal cardio i will be doing into the two hours. All help will be appreiciated.

IMO if you hammering two body parts in the same day. eventhough u have several hours in between wo's one day of solid rest is not enough after 3days of WO. If i were you I would add a day of rest in between ur days of work out.

Split
rest
Split
rest
Split
rest

somethign like that for example. Remember your body grows and recovers outside of the gym not in it. So u need ample rest and nutrition for your body to grow.

Alright, there was a lot to cover here, so I broke it down into sections:

Diet:

Ok, I broke down your macronutrient intake, excluding supplements like Liver tabs, etc.

Here is approx. what you are eating daily:
607 g protein = 2428 kcal (46% of total calories)
495 g carbs = 1980 kcal (37% of total calories)
96 g fat = 864 kcal (17% of total calories)

All for a total of 5,272 kcal daily. That is a lot of calories. However, your training, weight, and metabolism will all affect how many calories you need a day.

I think that is a bit too much protein in one day. I try to get a 45% carbs, 35% protein, and 20% fat type of diet. It seems to work much better and you don't have to eat so much protein (or drink so many shakes).

Try to get in 1-1.5 g of protein per pound of bodyweight.

Training

As far as training twice a day, it can work great, but you want to have been lifting for at least 3 years so that you know what your body can handle. Make sure that you have enough rest days as that is when you will grow. I would do 2 rest days in between instead of just one so that you make sure you recover.

Supplements

As far as the supplements go, it might be a good idea to only train once and then you can cut most of the supplement usage into half. It'll save you some money.

I would also cut down on the liver tabs, with as much protein as you are already taking in, you don't even need 'em. If you want to take them, take them inbetween meals.

Here is the schedule that you wrote out:
5:00am I will take 3 NOX3 tabs, 1 scoop Egg Pro Ultra and 2 scoops Carbo Plus, Animal Pak.
5:45am I take my Animal Pump or Shock Therapy with some Beta Ala9
6:00am Animal Nitro.
8:00am of EAA Stack
8:30am Egg Pro Ultra and may be a scoop of Carbo Plus
10:00am. Meal 1, 4 Uni-Liver tabs.
1:00pm. Meal 2, 4 more Uni-Liver tabs
3:00pm. Meal 3, 4 more Uni-Liver tabs and Animal Omega.
5:00pm 1 scoop Egg Pro Ultra and 2 scoops Carbo Plus
5:45pm Animal Pump or Shock Therapy with some Beta Ala9
6:00pm Animal Nitro.
8:00pm EAA Stack
8:30pm two Scoops of Egg Pro Ultra and may be a scoop of Carbo Plus
9:00pm Meal 4, 4 more Uni-Liver tabs and Animal Flex.
9:30 I take ZMA Pro and go to bed before the cycle starts again.

That to me is just too much. Like I said, cutting down to just one workout would help both with the wallet, recover, and not having to time everything in there.

If you are gung ho on the 2 a day split: I would change it up like this:
5:00am Egg Pro Ultra and Carbo Plus, Animal Pak.
5:45am Shock Therapy, Beta Ala9
8:00am EAA Stack
8:30am Egg Pro Ultra and Carbo Plus
10am Meal 1
1:00pm Meal 2
3:00pm Meal 3, Animal Omega.
5:00pm Egg Pro Ultra and Carbo Plus
5:45pm Beta Ala9
8:00pm EAA Stack
8:30pm Egg Pro Ultra and Carbo Plus
9:00pm Meal 4, Animal Flex.
9:30pm ZMA Pro

There are a lot supplements in here, but I'm not one to judge, I take a whole butt load too LOL

I hope that helps.

thanks for the post it was really good. I will definitely take your advice about the meal plan. Like i said i know its alot but if you add the all the excercising on to BMR it get pretty high. You know I read a book called Muscle:Confesions of an Unlikely bodybuilder and in the book he does a double split routine only 6 months into beggining bodybuilding. You should see pictures of this guy. He get pretty big after a while and all he does is lift two times a day so I thought i give it a try for a while and see how it goes. It is realy hard to find articles on double Split training. The only places i have seen it is in that book and arnold enyclopedia.

No prob.

Twice a day training isn't as popular as it once was. I believe this is due to the fact that not many people have the time it dedicates to train twice a day and that for a lot of people they just want to get in, workout, and get out as fast as possible.

Twice a day training will take some hardcore motivation but if used properly it can be very beneficial. Good luck man!
