please tell me what you guys think of my supplement regimen...
animal pak, animal pump, eaa nitro, torrent, and real gains.
by the way i am on a bulk looking to pack on some serious pounds.
here is what my diet currently looks like..
breakfast.....6 eggs, 2 slices of toast with peanut butter, and 1 cup oatmeal
snack 1...1 chicken breast with some rice and brocolli
lunch....1 can tuna on whole wheat bread, real gains shake
snack 2...peanut butter sandwhich, 1 cup yogurt, string cheese and banana
dinner...pork, beef, chicken, or tilapia, and rice and brocolli,
snack 3....bowl of kashi cereal, 1 apple cut up
snack 4....real gains shake with peanut butter, 1 banana, 1/2 cup blueberries, some ground flax seed, and 1 cup yogurt.
tell me what u guys think.

also thinking about adding animal test to it, i just finished 2 cycles of m stak about 2 weeks ago.
Good supplement plan because you got all the basics covered. If your tryinh to gain mass you could probally cut one of your snacks out and add another meal so you will be eating four real meals and three snacks between each meal.
How has Test worked for you?

thaks for the info man, i have not yet tried test i was just thinking about adding it to my supps, have you used it in the past?

Bro I am gonna lay it out for you:
Animal Pak- 1 pack with breakfast
Animal Test- 1 pack with the meal prior to training
Animal Pump- 1 pack 30 minutes prior to training
Animal Nitro- 2 packs post workout
Torrent- 1 serving 30 minutes after your Animal Nitro
Storm- 1 serving intraworkout
EAA Nitro- 1 serving mixed with Storm intraworkout
As for you meals:
Meal 1- looks good but I would gte up to 10 eggs and do 8 whole, 2 whites
Meal 2- 2 chicken breasts, 1 cup of rice, greens
Meal 3- looks good
Meal 4- make it a turkey or grilled chicken sandwich with a slice of cheese, yogurt, banana
Meal 5- beef, baked potato, greens
Meal 6- 2 chicken breasts, apple
Meal 7- looks good
Give all of this a shot and tell me you won't fuckin grow

Other than that a vey solid plan Enforcer laid out for ya....
