I am planning to begin my M-stak cycle, but im currently taking creatine. Will the creatine affect the pak?

If anything the M-Stak is gonna help with the absorbtion of the creatine, make sure your eating alot with that m-stak too, it made me hungry all the time...but remember on this forvm just say creatine because everyone will get on to you about the rules cause you really cant even mention other supplement companies.

you guys should be thankful that animal and universal dont lie to you guys
they tell you straight up
to eat your brains off and worry about supps later
instead of showing a 10page study on the magazines

We're not trying to give minors a hard time, we're trying to help them out and recommend what we think is best. There are reasons some supplements have age restrictions.

Creatine and M-Stak go together just fine. I've stacked M-Stak with Pump or ST and Storm and Torrent and gotten great results. No problems with M-Stak and creatine.

Edited your post. Please read the rules and refrain from mentioning supp companies other than Animal/Universal/Sportpharma. Mentioning supps in terms of the generic names, like creatine is fine.
Answer to your Q. Creatine will have no effect on M-Stak or any other supp at all. But i suggest you wait before using M-Stak. Spend the cash on some Whey, or even better, more quality food.

I totally agree at ur age. I would just stick with a good protein powder, Pak and like Krazy said eat till u cant eat no more. and when u reach that point choke down some shakes or 3. With the right eatting habbits and training you will grow with no problem. It all just takes time.

Well, like the can says. Its for hard gainers, and im a hard gainer. Its a nutrition pak anyway so i should be fine...
