Im 18 and im gona use my high metabolism for my age as a plus plus for my cutting diet....i eat my 3 major meals breakfast lunch and dinner......is it fine if take wheat bread sandwhich as the snacks in between bfast lunch and dinner? in the sandwhich is gona be cheese, 2 eggs, whatever meat i cn find in the freezer (tenderloin, chicken, pork, fish)? is this fine? thanks guys!
Since us young guns can afford to have some luxuries that some older guys cant I would say yeah. Everyone is different, so if your body is fine with bread then ok go for it, just pack it with lean meats and eggs like you said. And make sure its not that "fake" wheat with hidden additives. Actually the best bread to eat is rye or pumpernickle so if you stand those, do it.
Also, make a note of when you start, what times you eat these sandwhiches, and how much of everything is in one. Track your progress on the scale and in the mirror- if it looks like youre putting on too much "chub" you gotta lay off and go with a better snack like just a shake or some fruit and veggies. Just figure out how your body works and responds and react accordingly to it.

why not 6?
or three meals and 3 shakes?
will give you better results that stuff

Go for it bro. If it fits into ur diet then eat some bread. I don’t know abut certain types of bread. I try to stick to whole grain myself. Just watch it and adjust as needed.
Absolutely! I would say just be mindful of the ingredients ala stay away from "enriched" garbage and watch the HFCS.

uhm the 3 meals are the basic breakfast lunch and dinner...then my sandwhiches as snacks with the lean meats and eggs. Thanks guys i guess i better start reading the bread labels...never knew you could load bread with junk additives.

lunch meat rolled up without bread aint bad.
whole wheat bread wont really hurt but the way i look at it is bread wont help me get more cut...

Anad like you said, be aware of the shit they put in most breads now a day. Its unfortunate, and its why bread gets such a bad rap. Bread is not bad if you know when to eat it and what kind.

I had a BB'r trainer friend back in the day...he always told me, Toni..you wanna look and feel like bread..then eat all the bread you want. From that moment on, I stayed clear from bread, but thats just me. I do eat this organic whole grain stuff they have here that isnt doughy at all..made from flax, seeds, whole grains, barley and oats and some other quality ingredients. Great stuff...German I believe.

cut it out guys, I'm 17 and I'm struggling like hell for every ounce of fat lol
