When should I take the Animal Nitro? Should I take it everyday?


I'm taking it just on training days, but I'm wondering "what if I take it every day?".

You can take it every day, your body will benefit from the EAAs. You grow/recover while resting, so it's not a bad idea to take Nitro every day. On my off days, I usually take it about the same time I would on a training day. Others recommend taking it right when you wake up or right before going to bed on off days.

Because Nitro can be kinda pricey, some people prefer to take the Universal EAA Stack on off days, which isn't a bad idea either.

Also, I see that you're a pretty new member, welcome to the Forvm bro! Glad to have you here. One thing though, in the future please use the search function before asking a question. There are already several threads on this subject. No worries though, not a big deal, just giving you a heads-up for the future.

Indeed, Phil is all over the first question. As for yours, yes, you can piecemeal what your getting through Nitro in a few different ways. Nitro is a comprehensive amino supplement along with the delivery system. Obviously that would be different. Personally I use eaa stack and Amino tech among other things.

I would take 2 packs immediately postworkout on training days and then on non training days take one pack upon awakening and one pack around noon.

Yes, you can take it with the other Animal supps, as they are designed to be stackable. Me, I take my Pump about 30 minutes pre-workout, then a packet of Nitro immediately before I workout, and one as soon as I finish my workout. On off days, I take the Nitro around the same time as I would on a training day (about 30 minutes after the Pump), and I make sure to not eat anything for 30-45 minutes so that the EAAs are absorbed without "competition." That's just the way I do it though.
