I want to get big and strong. enough with this cutting business im not going to be a pro bodybuilder or anything so I want to be just a healthy strong man. Thing is that Im 20% BF but I was thinking I could lose some BF due to training hard and eating alot but also healthy. Dont wanna become looking like an NFL lineman I rather look like a Linebacker if you get me. So can you guys please post some of your diets and what you all eat in a day or if you could please help me out with some plan. Here is my meal times and I work from 7am till 4pm:
5:30am Meal 1
7:00am Meal 2
9:30am Meal 3
12:30pm Meal 4
4:00pm Meal 5
Lift @5:30-6:30pm (pre and post workout meals??)
7:30 pm Meal 6
9:00 pm Meal 7
Here are my lifts I do an A,B full body routine on Weds, Thurs, Sat and Sun. I have baseball on Mon and Tues.

you can still bulk with your cuttin diet
you just have to adjust it
4 egg whites, 1/2 cup of oats
protein shake, with granola
bowl of canned chicken beast
turkey beast with 1 slice of cheese, cottage cheese, orange, carrots
waffels, canidian bacon
workout
protein shake
6oz of meat of chicken breast, green beans, brown rice
cottage cheese or yogurt

this is what i would do
meal 1: 5 whole eggs, 1cup of oats
meal 2: protein shake (at least 50grams) with /12 cup of oats
meal 3: canned chicken breast (at least 50grams of protein) 1/2cup of rice or 6oz of potatoe and veggies
meal 4: (lean ground beef 8oz) and again veggies and either rice or a potatoe, sweet potatoe
pre workout: protein shake and 1/2cup of oats
post workout: protein shake (whey isolate will be good) and powder gatorade
next meal i would live it like it is but increase your chicken breast to 8oz
and last meal cottage cheese (50grams of pro and dont get the fat free) and either fruit or natural pb
meal 3: canned chicken breast (at least 50grams of protein) 1/2cup of rice or 6oz of potatoe and veggies
Some days Im forced to miss this meal due to not being in the lunch room and Im out working at a site..

50 grams of pro what is that? also dont get the fat free cottage cheese??
you can replace or switch that meal to a shake with some oats or peanut butter
it takes you no more than 2 minutes to mix it and drinkin
50grams of pro means 50grams of protein
also dont go with the fat free version cuz is loaded with sugar and it will get you fat!

4 cause I think Im gonna take a protein shake just cause its more of a for sure meal. Should I take any supps? Real gains or anything??

i would get some pak, and nitro
pak with breakfast and nitro post workout

you can start bulkin with them
just skip the cuts
once your diet is in order i would add some m stak
