i was lookin over to add some more supps to my current stack..Mstack and pak
what do u recommend brothers? some more Amino pills,Zma's,HMB,Glutamine..?
my current stack is givin me good strength and recovery...but need some solid mass ..am usin the old version mstack which i guess is a strength supp. other than being for hardgainers..iam Getting abt 6 clean meals everyday..hope some good feedbacks..cheers

if your diet is in check I'd definitely consider a protein powder / weight gainer like Real Gains and a creatine-no product such as pump or Shock Therapy... Storm is good stuff as well

Food... food... and more food.

If food doesn't work, then try food and some EAA. Add food and you'll have the a great set of supps.

well bein concerned abt food again..dude i eat alot..don worry abt me i eat like every 2.5 hours.. :D
i sometimes add pump in there as a creatine & NO. supp..but needed to know which of those supps above are also greatto add if i got some more enough money??

if you got extra money spend it on Real Gains bro... then you can think about aminos such as eaa stack or uniliver

i got no Real Gains in my country..so bad man..heard its a very unique prod.
but anyway..i told u real gains aint for me..i can eat instead..i have enough time to make my meals..

m stak is covering everything very well

if you get eaas it would be a waste of money cuz you are eating big

Bro you need to get yourself the new formulated M-Stak. It is better then the original. Sicne you are trying to add some mass I would try to bump your meals up to 8 a day instead of 6. As far as supps here is what I say:

Animal Pak- 1 pack with breakfast
Animal Nitro- 2 packs post workout
Animal M-Stak- 1 pack 45 minutes before you train
Animal Pump- 1 pack 30 minutes prior to training
Torrent- 1 serving 30 minutes after your Animal Nitro
ZMA Pro- 1 serving before bedtime

You could also throw a basic protein in there like Ultra Iso Whey, and even Real Gains if you are looking to get some extra calories in

One could argue that you don't "need" any supplements however we are looking for optimal performance and results in which supplements can help.

EAA's have their benefit even if your eating enough protein as they have been shown to promote protein synthesis when taken around training in their free form (which you do not get from food).

Hey bro, what does your diet actually look like? For me, it's hard to give supplement advice without knowing what you are consuming during the day. Even though you may eat a lot, what types of food are they?

Although even if the diet is in check. Certain supplements like creatine, EAAs, and other potent herbal extracts could never be consumed in the proper amounts, even with the right diet. Even with a multi, how do you know if you are consuming everything you need from food? Supplements have their place but always diet and training first and foremost.

For instance, EAAs, for best results, should be taken without any other protein source as they would make the benefits of EAAs less effective. When you take the EAAs as individual amino acids in their purest form, they can produce pharmacological and physiological effects such as anabolism, hormone regulation (growth hormone, insulin), immunomodulation, neurotransmitter function, and the like. Amino acids, in other words, have the ability to be more than just building blocks for the body. Unlike whole food protein sources and even protein powders, aminos can exert certain anabolic and anti-catabolic effects and impact hormonal functions. (This is purely in the context of the workout window).

One could always argue that you don't need any supplements, however, there are many studies and personal feedback that attest to the benefit of supplementation, however, like I stressed above, diet and training should always be stressed first and foremost. Once one has a good grasp on these, then supplements can fit in.

Good 'ol Ox uses 3 packs post-workout if I remember correctly!

wakeup: whey shake+Banana
meal1: 6 eggs(3 whole,3 whites),Milk, 3 wwheat bread
Snack:tuna,apple
workout....
meal2: post w.out i get a whey shake with banana then 30min. after Beed &1 potatoe
meal3:chicken breast,1 cup rice
meal4:chicken breast or Tuna,some kinda complex carb and green veggies,1 tbsp oliveoil
meal5:pre bed: Cottage cheese and handful of nuts
am tryin to get 1.5 gm carbs per lb and 2 gms protein per lb..followin machine's Diet and doing routine No.10..my strength has already gotten up...but need the hard looking mass frame..

as far as RealGains..i told u i cant get it..all we got is Ga**ers F**L from T**n L*b lol..which i already got now to give a try...i wish we had Nitro here too..hearin alotta good shit abt it man..but sorry :(
