Hey all. I was wondering how long I should wait to take Animal Max after taking torrent. I sip on half my torrent throughout my workout and after I'm finished chug the other half. I know that if I take protein and waxy maize starch too close together the digestion of the WMS will be impared and defeat the purpose of taking it in the first place. So how long would be a good time to wait?

Also, sometimes I do 10-15 minutes of light cardio after the weights. In this case I finish torrent right after the weights and before cardio, and then when I'm done cardio take my protein. Any comments on this?

Also, a little additional info; even though I take torrent and Animal Max post workout, it doesn't really get me full and only holds me over for a little while, usually just enough time to get home and eat a solid meal. I'm not sure, but I think that if I'm hungry like 3 minutes after taking torrent, it seems the best thing to do would be to try and keep hunger at bay, either by taking Animal Max or eating a meal if I'm at home. Agree or disagree?

Ok, first instance, chug your Torrent, then have your whey 30-60mins later. Secondly, what is your cardio aimed at? burning fat or endurance? If its fat burn, then take some form of EAA/BCAA's post w/o, then cardio, then Torrent, then 30-60mins later Whey. If cardio is for endurance and cardiovascular wellbeing then have the Torrent before.

On the hunger issue, the bigger issue is timing the nutrients into your system post w/o. Just stick to Torrent +30-60mins Animal Max then food when you get home. If your stomachs rumbling, its prob just from the Torrent digestion.

I'm just doing light cardio for a little extra calorie burn, get a little blood flowing (like weights don't do that enough heh heh), slight cool down, whatever. It's nothing really serious. After all no-one ever got big or strong by running.
