ok well ive been done bulking from 250-290. ive gained quite a bit of fat. im up at around 18% bf ive cut down to 265. i bulked while i was around 18 and i finished at 25-30% bf. well ive tryed doing a calorie restriceted diet with a max of 5% carbs wich was like 70 carbs a day and the week that i was on it i gaine nearly 6 pounds back so i quit that and am back to a low to no carb diet with a max of 2500 cals a day. my question is what should i have as a small carb meal like maybe 10 grams just to get my insulin spike for preworkout(i workout in the morning).

man this is weired..ur question is so messed up..try to explain a little more and hope me or someone help u out..anyway..for a 10 gm pre workout carb...i dunno maybe half an apple or half banana...

You gotta make up your mind if you're going low carb or no carb.. There's really no inbetween.. If you go no carb then you're doing a keto diet, but you'll have to switch some other stuff around

If I were you I'd say to hell with cutting a whole lot of carbs.. Just cut back on carbs a little bit and replace those calories with more protein and fat.. After you got the diet down then start busting ass on cardio

i agree. in a cut imo the best that works for me is by adjusting my carbs and substitute them with more protein. then not to mention that added cardio as well.
