Hey everyone!
I was wondering if I can get some ideas as to what I could do with my nutrition. I am not planning on competing or anything like that, but I have to be honest and say that I could be looking better. I am 249.5 lbs as of last night, and an honest estimate of the bodyfat would be in the mid-to-high teens. What can I do to lose some of the "keg" i have instead of the six-pack, as far as protein shakes and food goes. My knowledge on nutrition is wuite thin, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

a good multi-vitamin, whey protein, and good clean food will be your base
from there move on to things suited to your specific needs Creatine, Glutamine, Aminos supp, Nitric Oxide booster, thermogenic, testosterone booster, joint & ligament support, Omega 3,6,9 supp, it goes on & on but those are the biggies
my suggestion would be not to bullshit around with things that "might" work and start with Animal Pak, Animal Pump, Animal Nitro, & Iso-Whey or Real Gains, which will encompass many of these things...
