I grabbed this from here:
http://www.universalnutrition.com/titantraining/

Apparently its been posted a while ago but i didnt see it.

I am currently 90kg (198lb) - 5'11, I will be doing 3 x 45 min cardio sessions a week.

I want to cut some of the flab off the tummy from a half clean bulk of 20kg (44lbs)

Titan Diet
Meal 1: 6 egg whites, 3 whole eggs
1 bowl of oatmeal w/ milk
1 piece fresh fruit
Meal 2: 2 cans tuna
1 cup rice
Meal 3: 2 cups cottage cheese w/ fresh fruit
Meal 4: 8 oz. chicken breast
1 cup rice
Meal 5: 10 oz. steak
1 large baked potato
1 salad

So does anyone think this would be ok to burn some fat and maintain the weight? Do i need more cardio?

It depends on your previous diet/calories versus the calories of this diet plus your energy expenditure.

If you were previously taking in roughly the same as this diet and expending the same amount of calories as you would be with the 3 x 45 min cardio then you will remain roughly the same but if its a big change then it can work but-

I always find that people (inc me in the past) change things so drasticly that they have no starting point or reference to work from, I prefer to adjust my current diet and energy expenditure, for example if I was taking in 300g carbs a day with 100g fats then I`d adjust one or other a touch to get things moving and if I was doing 3 x 30 min cardio previously then the 3 x 45 min as you suggest would be a step in the right direction.

See what I mean, slight changes in diet and in cardio if already doing it, but if I wasn`t doing cardio previously then I`d keep the diet the same, providing I was maintaining, and just add the cardio, I`d then monitor it for 2-3 weeks and then adjust if need be.

Hope this helps.

I've seen this one a while back, and I think the routine and diet are pretty solid

from the fellas here I know Macrobolic did it for like 8 or 10 weeks, he said it was pretty good

The cardio looks right for a start. The nutrition is the most important though.

Is the last meal baked potato going to fall around a workout glycogen loading or replenishment time? I think the Titan diet also involves 2 Real Gains shakes a day, which you of course cut out for fat loss purposes. I myself would also avoid this potato for a last meal and opt for a more slow digesting carbohydrate source if you are "dieting"...but like I said it may depend on the timing of your workout.

I like the steak, but you could opt for that, with a cruciferous carb like brocolli or asparagus maybe? Depends on what ya' like...
