diversify your carb sources, one meal have some brown rice, the next some taters, egg noodles, pasta, coscous. Dont let yourself get tunneled visioned with only having this post workout or have this preworkout. Your carb sources throughout the day no matter what time should be complex, allowing you to utlize their benefits to help with your bulk. To me, there is no such thing as what should be eaten pre/post workout. Granted some things work better than others but during the day....to quote G Diesel "Eat like a man"

dude iam really eating..like 6 meals a day..and if possible i add one more..but as i said..iam always fucked at work...its so easy so get 2 slices of ww break with a box of some grilled chicken or some source of protein beside it...its obvious just gettin a spoon or fork and eat infront of customers ! i don care abt ppl if they just look at me weird or so..but its just as i said hard to get a bowl of rice & stuff..

My carb sources come from everything when bulking.
white bread (limited sometimes I'll buy a sandwich from a store that's on white bread)
brow rice
white rice
fruits
veggies
WMS in all my shakes
I eat to eat and when you want to put on size don't shy away from carbs.

These sources as opposed to what? Oats are my favorite carb source while bulking or cutting.

oats, brown rice, pasta, fruit and vegetables. It's all good stuff.

how about the fibers, zuccini, cauliflower, broccoli, etc. Let's not forget rice cakes, corn, peas, and cream of wheat. There are many carb sources out there and pre workout post work out, does your body really know the difference. Usable carbs are coverted into glycogen and if your muscles are full they are full if they are not you will not fill them 20min before a workout. IMO.

i agree with Big Wides man, you can't just keep hittin the same stuff over and over, it might be good when you get in a tight spot but its not that hard eat other stuff... if you eat bread surely you can shovel down some rice.

Why are you choosing to stick to only 2 main carb sources?
