i am doin a 10 week pre contest diet i 200 lb i am 15 years old.
i need to know how to reduce my carb intake 15% and increase protein 10%
and i think i need a nother meal!



6:00am Meal 1- 6 whites 1 whole egg 1 cup oatmeal 1 tablespoon flax oil

8:00am Meal 2- Preworkout 40 grams Whey

11:00am Meal 3- Postworkout 40 garms waxy maize 15 grams of BCAA's 10 garms of glutamine.

12:00pm Meal 4- 8 ounces Talapia small sweet potatoe,cup broccoli,15 almonds

3:00pm Meal 5- 35-40 grams of whey protein in water, small apple, 2 tbs Natural peaunt butter

6:00pm Meal 6- 8 ounces of talapia small sweet potatoe, 1 cup broccoli

9:00pm Meal 7- 8 egg whites, 2 tbs Natural peanut and 1 tbs of flax oil.

Macros ESTIMATED but prolly pretty close.

total calories 2700. HE told me it might seem like a lot however you will be reducing you carb
intake 15% a week and INcreasing Protein 10%... EXAMPLE in week 2 of this diet you would go to.

If I were you I'd eat every two hour rather than every three hours.. If you do that then meal 7 will be at 6:00 P.M., which will allow you to throw in an 8th meal between 8:00-9:00

I'd drop the sweet potato from meal 8 and add a casein protein shake mixed with water and additional glutamine right before bed.

the most important things are cardio first thing in the morning and no carbs before bed. i already looks like you are avoided any simple sugars (eventually you will have to loose that waxy maize).

let us know how it goes. try it for 2 weeks, see if anything happens, then adjust accordingly.

8:00am Meal 2- Preworkout 40 grams Whey---ADD SOME CARBS

3:00pm Meal 5- 35-40 grams of whey protein in water, small apple, 2 tbs Natural peaunt butter

6:00pm Meal 6- 8 ounces of talapia small sweet potatoe, 1 cup broccoli


9:00pm Meal 7- 8 egg whites, 2 tbs Natural peanut and 1 tbs of flax oil.

I'D ADD A CASEIN SHAKE AT 11 RIGHT BEFORE BED AND ADD THE ALMONDS TO THAT

ALSO...A TEN WEEK DIET IS FAIRLY SHORT...WHAT IS YOUR BF LOOK LIKE? ANY PICS?

IS YOUR DIET THE SAME FOR TRAINING AND NON-TRAINING DAYS?

ARE YOU CYLCING CARBS?
