1)no cottage cheese before bed
2)only 2 yolks in morning eggs, i like 2 eggs and 2 whites
3)no cheese in the morning
4)drop the bannana before workout
5)eat meat instead of whey shakes for snacks-i.e. cut up a chic breast into bites you can grab and eat by hand (cold straight from the fridge/cooler), or you could try turkey deli meat- pick one with low salt.
6)casein as late night snack
7)afternoon snack should be some deli meat and a little cheese maybe

you can survive and grow off of fewer calories than you think. have you done a macro nutrient profile and totaled your calories? you are probably close to 3k! thats way to many, shoot for less than 2500, see what it does to you, then adjust from there.

Real food is better than a shake, keeps you full longer, makes you look and feel better.

Yogurt is sugary=bad

great snack- cut up a chic breast into bites you can grab and eat by hand (cold straight from the fridge/cooler), or you could try turkey deli meat- pick one with low salt.

(late night- or you could just eat a handful of peanuts, full of fibre and good fat-nutrients from whole peanuts arent as readily absorbed those from peanut butter, so a better diet option for appitite satiation.)

IMO you can keep the shakes...not every one can afford chicken and whole food for every meal..and if the cottage cheese is low fat its perfect before bed..id keep it..you dont have to go to crazy i mean youre fairly lean already it looks like...just throw in cardio 3-5 times a week and keep lifting heavy

1. Why no cottage cheese before bed?
2. Theres no added sugar in the yogurt, just from the milk does that really matter?
3. Will 1 banana really make a difference pre workout?

cottage cheese=carbs, not alot, but some-also, dairy foods are high in calories in general.

sugar in the yogurt...does it really matter...if you are eating it then you arent loosing it.

Bannana preworkout? yes, it will make a difference, if you workout with a bananna you are burning the bananna, if you workout w/o it you are burning stored glycogen and fat.

If you want to cut you must eat less carbs than you are working off daily, thats what allows you to work off some fat.

Honestly, I pissed around with a diet plan similar to this. It was complete with good meals and variety. I got mediocre results. Now im on a much stricter diet to finish off before a contest and im seeing great results.

When i first looked my diet I thought "I am going to die, i am going to loose all of my muscle and DIE" and that just hasnt been the case, despite my best efforts to destroy the treadmill im maintaining plenty of muscle.
