Eat, weight train 2-3 days a week and event train the other day. Lots of sleep.
Eat more.

Be smart with your training, know when to back off when you are sore.

You are only 15 then there is no magic trick to it, you need to pay your dues in the trenches, we all start somewhere man.

Good Luck

I'm about to begin training for an amateur strongman competition in Oct. I started a thread to get some advice on it in the training section. I've copied and pasted some links that I was supplied that might help you out.

Here's a c/p of a post by Brick by Brick, who knows a thing or a million about strongman training.
I'd do plenty of DLs, and abandon the bench press for now. Sub some overhead press for your bench. The only bench work I'd recommend would be incline presses and close grip bench to help out your OHP.
For DL's, high rep sumos will help with the tire flip, as will reverse grip pulls from the floor. DLs from a platform will help you with your stone pick from the floor. Standard DLs are good for almost everything in strongman.
If you need any help with grip, DLs will improve that, but you might do some DB Farmer's Walks and oly bar holds for farmer's. Squats will help you with pretty much every event in strongman, also. Power cleans, hang cleans, and clean and press will also help out quite a bit for many strongman events.
Aside of training the events, I'd stick with DLs, overhead press, squats, some accessory work for biceps, triceps, forearms, grip, and abs. My training crew at Stoner's Gym has a resource where you can pull up the event you're training for, and it'll recommend up to 5 training methods to prepare you for that event. Go to the bottom of the page and click on Tools - Exercise Alternator to bring up the menu.

I think wedge's post quoting brick by brick summed it up pretty well for you.

Stick to heavy compound lifts, with strongman training you don't much isolation movements if any.

Start doing explosive lifts, like power cleans, jerks, and push presses. Do lots of overhead presses.

If you can, get your hands on some stones, sandbags, and thick bars.

Do farmer walks, and other grip exercises.

Train event specific when the time comes.

Lots of food, lots of sleep. Strongmen aren't worried about cutting so eat!

Best of luck to ya!
