I go to school in the moring (wake up at 5:45) then i go strait to working out (mon, tues, thurs, fri) then i have soccer (mon, wed) right after that. I know i should be loading up on carbs but its hard making food at night when i have to do home work, take a shower, eat and by then its 10:00pm. Any suggestions?

whenever you fix and eat your supper at night, fix your other meals for the day and eat while you are cooking. thats what i do and its works out well and it doens't take up that much time. if you are serious about it, you will do whatever it takes to get in all your meals.

I have a foreman and rice cooker and it only takes me about 30 minutes to prepare all my meals. Its fast and easy.

Ya time is of the essence, are you a protein shake kinda guy ??? they are a huge time saver, Im not a fan of protein bars but just to get you by in a pinch. Also I think tupperware is the greatest thing since sliced bread. It is def. a must for busy people.

Throw some chicken in the oven, wait an hour, BOOM! there's your batch of chicken, it's easy. Once you get into the habit of making your food, you'll be able to do it quickly.

Unfortunatly there is no set number, trial and error will give you this number.

i cook chicken in the oven and potatoes, or boil rice in the stove, it all takes about 30 mins and you dont actually have to do much with it. That can cook whilst you do homework. It takes 2 mins before and 2 mins after. Not a lot of time taken away from work!
