Another ABc in the books, nice work fellas. Wasn't a huge turnout but you guys got the job done. Takes a real Animal to train legs at an ABC and you guys stepped up to the challenge. Good shit fellas, keep up the hard work and keep on making these events grow.

Thanks Enforcer for stoping by, we appreciate having your support. Just in case anyone in Iowa stops by here, were going to have another Animal meet in Jesup Iowa at Jesup Gym Dec13th @ 9am.

Yo Shortstack, nice guns dude! Curl'n heavy 70's with great form, nice man, nice! Thanks by the way for a great time in Jesup. Hopefully we can get more and more to join our monthly trek to rural Iowa to tear up the IRON.
