When i was younger, i created this snack just by pure luck. I was throwin some things together and it came out alright. This may sound gross to some people, but i love it.
Take a graham cracker
Spread on some peanut butter (decent amount)
Put a couple spoon fulls of cottage cheese on top
Enjoy!
I didn't realize the benefits back then, but now that i'm bulking i see. You get a decent source of protein from the pb and cottage cheese, and carbs from the cracker. Probably not the healthiest, but if you're a hard gainer, it's awesome.
